Austin, who was observing the scene, couldn't help but squint his eyes at the gore in front of him. He watched as Dylan, his blood brother, pressed the weak human beneath him and grabbed the man's neck in his jaws before twisting it to an unnatural angle.
Evan let out an ear piercing scream as his eyes shot up and he died.
Austin felt complicated at heart when he watched his brother in his wolf form still clutching the human's neck. How could someone be so cruel? The human had already died, but his brother still continued to twist and turn that fragile neck as if he wanted to suck blood like the Vampires.
Then he watched as the wolf opened his mouth wide as the neck dropped on the ground. Then the wolf used his front paws and sharpened nails to create multiple wounds on the human as if he were trying to vent his anger.
Austin took a deep breath as he tried to control himself from stopping his brother at this time. Since their childhood, even though Austin also wasn't a saint, he never liked it whenever his brother would show the emotion of immense hatred in his eyes. They had both created this firm, Diamonds as they named it after their own pack, but Dylan's anger was so much that not even Austin dared to raise his voice against the man.
Only a cruel man could kill someone like this and even vent his anger upon a dead body.
Austin finally couldn't watch it any longer and walked over. "Brother. Let it go. Evan is dead."
The wolf grunted as he turned back into human form, in an instant. Then he looked at his younger brother and said in a cold voice, "Bring me some clothes." Then he looked at the mess of the dead body. His nose wrinkled at the scene. "Find someone to clean it up."
Austin already had some clothes that he had brought in the alley. He knew about Dylan's habit of tearing apart clothes everytime he would change into a wolf. For Austin, it wasn't a new thing. So he threw those clothes toward his brother and said, "Don't worry. I'll take care of everything."
Even though he said this, after looking at the scene in front of his eyes, he felt that his brother had become even more cruel in recent years. This traitor could have been killed in an easier way, but instead, Dylan chose to make a mess of this dead body like this. What was the point of venting his anger on this piece of crap?
After wearing some clothes, Dylan looked cold as ever while buttoning his cufflinks. His face was expressionless as if he hadn't killed someone just now. It felt like he was habitual of seeing such a scene where he would snap everyone's necks like that.
When he was dressed, he was about to walk out of the alley when he noticed something flashing in front of his eyes. He glanced at the direction of the dead body. There was something lying on the ground that flashed because of the reflection of moonlight.
A frown crossed his forehead as he stared at the small things. It almost looked like a small button that was accidentally thrown away on the floor. But to be sure, Dylan still walked over to the place and crouched to narrow his eyes at that thing.
If it were a normal person, he would definitely mistake it for a simple button that had come off because of some accident. But Dylan was anything but not normal. This button wasn't the same one that belongs to his shirt, and he knew that the traitor didn't break any buttons while he was trying to beat him up.
So it could be something that Evan was trying to hide with all he had, but he still ended up being thrown here on the ground before anyone noticed it.
Dylan picked up the small button-like thing in his hand and placed it between the center of his palm. Then he used his wolf eyes to look deeply at the thing in his hand. His senses when he would be in his werewolf form would triple as compared to the ordinary level. Even when he would be in his human form, he could still control his senses and momentarily looked at the scene around him in caution.
That was why he would use these senses as much as possible when he would go outside all alone to scan the area around him. After all, he didn't want anyone stabbing in his back all of a sudden.
At the time, he could see a camera-like structure in the center of the small button. A hint of realization appeared in his eyes. So this was a hidden camera. No wonder why it shone brightly under the moonlight.
He grabbed it around his fist and placed it deeper in his pockets before walking out of the alley... His entire body looked handsome as he stood in the dark alley. He finally sat on the backseat of the car as he ordered the driver to drive the car.
