"Sometimes I really wonder if Theresa is actually our age," Rin said to RIN, glancing at Theresa who's engaged in an adult conversation with Amane. "She always talks like an adult."
Higokumaru sweat-dropped upon hearing this, knowing Theresa's true age from her time in Theresa's body.
"Yeah, maybe she's more mature than us?" RIN answered, pondering the same thought.
The two suddenly looked at Kiana, who was lying on the sofa and watching television.
"I think I know the answer why," RIN said.
"Hmmm?" Higokumaru and Rin looked at her with questioning looks.
"Having Kiana-onee-san as a big sister would make you mature," RIN answered, and Kiana heard her voice.
"Hey! I'm mature, you know," Kiana said, crossing her arms. "I even have a boyfriend."
The three just gazed at her, then looked at Amane, wondering what kind of potion she fed him for him to accept her as his girlfriend.
"If you're talking about Aunt Theresa's age, she was older than us," Kiana grumbled, feeling the gaze of the three as somewhat insulting. "Despite having those cute bunny pajamas, manga, and games, she was already older than my dad, but she was still single. We can just call it skill issues."
Suddenly, she felt a chill down her spine and turned to see Theresa holding Oath Judah, its chain moving around like a snake. "Haha... Aunt Theresa, did I ever tell you how much I love you? I even dreamed about my parents after you made me drink your bitter melon juice."
"K.I.A.N.A!" Theresa shouted as she restrained her with the chains of Oath Judah.
"But what I said is true! You're older than my dad!" Kiana grumbled, watching as Theresa flicked her forehead.
"Who's older?" Theresa questioned, her gaze turning menacing.
"You are. Accept the reality, Aunt Theresa. Despite being small, you're older than me, but you have skills issues with relationships," Kiana retorted, attempting to escape from the grasp of Oath Judah.
"YOU!" A vein popped on Theresa's forehead as she forcefully made Kiana gulp down the entire bitter melon juice she had just prepared.
"We didn't see anything," Rin quickly interjected, leading the other three in a hasty retreat.
Sakura, who had overheard everything, felt as if she had been struck by an indirect arrow, realizing that Theresa was actually older than her.
The other Sakura couldn't help but giggle as she watched the amusing scene unfold. Most importantly, she was relieved that her sister got some friends and everyone else were kind.
Meanwhile, Amane and Seele were watching a recorded video of Bronya and Amane playing games together.
"Bronya-Onee-Chan is quite spoiled," Seele commented while watching the stream.
"That's true, but she's cute, and cuteness is justice," Amane responded, nodding sagely.
"Thank you for looking after Bronya-Onee-Chan," Seele expressed her gratitude upon seeing Amane's care for Bronya. "She's the type of person who shoulders everything on her own."
"I'm aware. Even though she appears expressionless on the surface, she's always observing everyone with a smile. That's why I can't help but spoil her," Amane said. He watched Bronya helped everyone, and even Gu Yuena enjoyed spoiling the kuudere Bronya because she was always willing to help fix her PowerPoint presentations.
"Don't worry, Seele. We'll leave this place eventually, but it will take time since I need to learn everything here. You can also take this opportunity to grow stronger," Amane reassured, patting Seele's head. "So, don't be sad, because you'll meet Bronya soon."
"Uhm," Seele nodded with a sweet smile. "It feels warm." She murmured as she enjoyed his patt.
"By the way, this is a prototype, but it will help you learn to control quantum energy and Honkai energy. It will also teach you different fighting styles," Amane explained, creating a bracelet that acted like a system. This bracelet would transport the owner into a mindscape and teach them everything he had mentioned. Additionally, it would provide various rewards to keep them excited and motivated.
He also created another three for the two Rin and Higokumaru.
"I'm going to explore outside. Kiana, Theresa, and SAKURA, please protect everyone while I'm gone," Amane said before heading out.
As he opened the door, he encountered a white-haired man who appeared to be around his age. "What are you doing inside the 12th Herrscher Cell?" the man questioned, ready for a fight with Amane.
"KeBin, bring him. Recruit him for the Flame Chaser project," Anna's call reached Kevin's ears, prompting him to observe Amane.
"I've been tasked to recruit you for the Flame Chaser project," Kevin stated plainly, and though Amane seemed to have something to say, he decided to leave it at that.
"Hmmm. What would I get if I accepted your offer?" Amane asked.
"Tell him that he would have access to the facilities and all the documents about the project we've done," Anna instructed KeBin, who quickly relayed the message to Amane.
In a big lab, two pretty girls in lab coats are having a conversation.
"Anna! Wasn't that too reckless? You know how important the project we created is," Mei questioned her best friend.
"MEI, do you remember what I told you back when we were in Elementary?" Anna explained, her attention still on Amane.
MEI's mouth fell open as she recalled Anna's words. "You mean to say you predicted this?"
"No, it's magic," Anna replied, focusing on Amane. She had only used her clairvoyance once before. Anna despised spoilers, understanding that ignorance is often bliss. She preferred to remain ignorant of her future, avoiding the stress of upcoming destruction.
"Sigh, do whatever you want," Mei sighed as she left.
Meanwhile Amane accepted the proposal as the only thing he needed are data on to know about the flame chasers.
