[Block 9, Queenstown, Holland Avenue]
When Daphne got back to her flat, the first thing on her mind was to head to the shower. When she saw the bloodstains on her panties, she couldn’t stop crying. She just stood under the warm shower, her mind numb and her body feeling the need to be cleansed of all the filth.
She found some comfort under the running shower, lost in a world of her own. The gushing stream of water had a therapeutic effect in the way it massaged her head and calmed her down.
Then she began to sense an anomaly in the zen-like state she was in and quickly realized it was the sound of her door chime.

Henry pressed the door chime… No response.
He tried again… Still no response.
Worrying thoughts flashed through his mind. He immediately sent another text message before trying to call her again.
*Oh, my God! I hope she isn’t trying to hurt herself… Where could she be?*
Suddenly, the door opened.
