Chương 229: 228 – The Identity of the Leader

The captured leader was still not awake when Wolf brought Ren to the place where all of criminals were being held. 

The lackeys, with the help of the 'special treatment' from the Blue Wolves, had already confessed to everything they knew – which was not a lot. They were indeed from the Valley Kingdom, and most of them were just random goons rounded up and brought to Cosmopolis with the lure of robbing the wealthiest people in Cosmopolis and taking all their wealth for themselves.

The deputy leader of this ragtag group was a tougher nut to crack, and clearly a person with a fair amount of training.

"You do know that we have caught your leader, don't you?" Wolf said to the deputy leader with a wolfish grin.

The deputy leader paled but remained silent.

Ren simply ignored the deputy leader and headed to the cell where the leader was being held. The member of the Blue Wolves guarding the door opened it and led Ren and Wolf inside.
