< Naomasa Tsukauchi POV >
I received an anonymous report about a villain attack but when officer Sansa and I arrived, we were greeted by the sight of a beaten down man in the middle of the street…
"Sansa called an ambulance for the man. I will ask around for some information about what happened here."
Sansa nodded and started a call.
It didn't take long to find someone willing to talk. It was a middle-aged woman who was caring for her baby.
"So could you tell me what exactly happened?"
"Y-yes Detective, I was just walking outside of that building." She pointed towards an abandoned building that had its entrance destroyed. I nodded for her to keep explaining while I took notes.
"And suddenly this man, almost 3 meters tall with rocky skin and boulders on his back, started to destroy everything around. He punched the wall and the debris hit my baby's stroller and almost fell headfirst on the concrete." She said in a pained tone by just remembering the heart attack that she almost got at the time.
"But before he could hit the ground, this young man, I believe they call him the cruller, saved my baby. Then after I got him back I just ran away to get away from the fight, I didn't see much but I saw a man with a coat and brass knuckles along with cruller fight the villain."
Her testimony was the more detailed one I could get, but everyone else had roughly the same story.
Sansa took a look at my notes, "Quite a flashy quirk huh, hardening, strengthening, and minor gigantification."
"Not really," I commented.
"You mean…?" He asked for an explanation.
"It's one of those instant villain cases." I got near the unconscious man we found when we arrived, he had a bruised face and had his tongue out. He was being taken to an ambulance on a stretcher.
"Look, the discoloration around the mouth from damage from blood flow. It's a side effect of the Ideo Trigger drug. And there was more, this wasn't the work of heroes, it was done by vigilantes." I explained. Trigger is a new drug that's been around lately, it gives the user's quirk a spike in power making them quite dangerous villains as they also seem to lose some reasoning as a side effect from it.
"I see… um…. Detective Tsukauchi look over there." Sansa called for my attention, and what I saw was a kid with 2 grown men on his back descending from a building by jumping from wall to wall, then sliding down by hugging a street light.
"Hm…? The way he carries them with bandages is like him…" The way he carried those men around was akin to the hero Eraserhead.
When he got closer I saw the appearance of the kid a lot more clearly, long snow-white hair and… does his quirk have something to do with his eyes?
Before I could continue my train of thought, he spoke. "Take me to the police station."
____________
Somehow we suddenly had 2 villains and 1 suspicious kid… While Sansa restrained the thugs, I was putting the restraints on the kid. I confirmed a few things, one was that he wasn't threatening or had some bomb kind of thing, the other was that his hair was natural as I confirmed that while covering his strange eyes with restraints just in case. And I couldn't help but wince for a moment when I saw the scars in his hands and feet.
He was also wearing some weights on him, they were too heavy for a normal kid so my guess was that he had some mutation quirk which gave him abnormal strength for his age. He had some syringes on him, I just put them in some plastic bags as evidence.
Either way, I would find out about him when I get back to the police station… or that was what I thought. When we were entering the police station, the kid went through the entrance as if it was his house and greeted the officer behind the reception desk… Despite having his eyes covered he could still see somehow.
Even more confusing was the reaction of the officer behind the desk, as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing, he spits out his drink and has a coughing panic attack or something.
After recovering from his shock, the officer asked the kid about why he was here, only for the kid to say that he was hungry… also some clothes apparently.
I decided to just ask about the kid as their conversation was too much of a mess to follow. "Can you tell me about this kid?" I asked while showing him my detective license.
/Author: Are there licenses for detectives? HELP, I haven't watched CSI Miami in a long time/
The officer who was cleaning his spilled drink took a look at it and with a surprised expression, he spoke. "So you are Detective Tsukauchi!?! Wait a minute." Then he began to type on the keyboard and started a call at the same time.
*Ring*
The call was answered quickly.
"Hey Minori don't worry, I got the villain report already."
"It's not that, it's the detective that you told me about is here, didn't you tell me to give you a notice about him?"
"OH! Alright then. I'll be there and-"
"Shiro came with him too…"
"..."
"... Restrained like a villa-" He said as he glanced at the kid with a grin.
At the last comment, the kid interrupted the officer, "You didn't have to say it like that!"
"SIGH~ I'll be there."
*End of the call*

< Shiro Takeshi (MC) >
[After A Few Minutes]
"Why am I still wearing these restraints?" I complained to the 3 adults in front of me… and the cat cop.
Minori just looked at me and said with that grin of his. "Why do you want them off? To me it looks like you can still see well."
If I didn't have the restraints on my eyes he would've seen them twitch...
"Can I eat something at least?" I asked with a defeated voice, I could maybe destroy the restraints if I wanted but that will just cause trouble. "Maybe" destroy them, as the restraints were made for superhumans after all.
"Do you want the same as before?" Minori finally stopped joking around.
"Yes." I said with some relief and then I remembered something, "And don't forget the clothes."
Minori nodded and went outside the station but only after giving some documents to the 2 detectives and the cop went somewhere with the restrained villains for some checkups.
"Follow me kid, and don't get lost," Tanuma spoke and took me to the room in which he had questioned me about my case before. The other detective also followed him, for what I heard between them, his name was Tsukauchi, Tanuma was also telling him to call someone with a lie detection quirk.
I was taken to the room but had to wait for a few minutes for that certain person with a lie detector quirk to arrive.
Soon, the cop called Sansa came in with someone else. She was a young woman, with hair that barely reached below her shoulders, she had a slender figure, and was wearing a sweater with a long skirt. I couldn't tell the color of her hair or eye as I had restraints over my own eyes but she had a characteristic smile.
"Thank you, Sansa." Said Tsukauchi. Sansa nodded and left after bringing the woman inside the room and giving some documents to Tsukauchi. After that, Tanuma also gave some documents he had brought to Tsukauchi.
"So… you want me to confirm his answers?" Asked the woman with a bit of a curious tone as she saw my restraints.
Both detectives nodded and she was still in a bit of shock, I don't blame her. You don't see a kid with restraints over him like a villain every day.
But soon she came to my side and put her hand on my shoulder with a finger touching my neck.
'That quirk of hers must work only when she touches someone's skin.'
That is when Tanuma asked, "Shiro Takeshi, is the story that you talked about last time you were in this room the truth, and only the truth?"
"Yes," I said without much of a thought. The woman at my side nodded to prove that I didn't lie. Tanuma sighed in relief while Tsukauchi read the documents that Tanuma gave him. I could sense that he was agitated while reading it and glanced at me a few times but he didn't interfere with the questioning.
"Very well, now, can you tell me how it is that you ended up confronting villains before coming here?"
And so I told them about how I just didn't have any food to eat with Aizawa, he told me to not do any shenanigans so I decided to come here while trying something new. I said that I used some bandages like a rope to swing between buildings which surprised everyone. But the one who was shocked was Tsukauchi as he met me first and knew that I was wearing weights.
"Wait! Are you telling me that you were jumping at the top of buildings with those weights on?"
"Yea," I said nonchalantly.
The woman was also surprised but nodded soon after. Both detectives were in shock, Tanuma didn't seem that surprised like Tsukauchi for some reason.
I kept on with my story about meeting with the "nice" men and how they "asked" for money from a young man. I went into details as I didn't want to be asked again about this. I talked about how I kicked one of them and then stomped him to knock him out. Then I went into how I took down the villain that injected himself with something, but I was stopped at that point as Tsukauchi showed a picture to Tanuma. "Trigger," He muttered to himself.
Tsukauchi asked me to detail how I knocked out the bald villain.
"Hm? I slapped his back, he couldn't process the pain and fainted."
Tsukauchi looked at the papers he got from Sansa, I guess that it was the checkups from the villains. He was looking at the handprint that was at the back of the villain, it was swollen completely. He could tell that it was quite painful.
"But why is he bald?" He questioned.
"When he injected himself with that 'Trigger' thing, he kind of went crazy, he didn't even say any words he was just grunting and saying incoherent stuff. But the thing was that he almost killed his partner. If it wasn't because I saved him he would've died… so when I took him down I ripped his hair off, it was dangerous to leave him with it and aside from that I wasn't gonna be nice to him."
My treatment for the villain seemed to have left the 3 of them speechless… then the woman beside me nodded again proving that I said the truth.
"I-I see. Then, what did you do after defeating both of them?" Tanuma said as he wanted me to continue.
So I told them about how I took their syringes and they both nodded at that. And how I got to meet Tsukauchi and Sansa then how I was restrained.
After they kept writing and highlighting stuff on the documents they had I was freed from my restraints. I stretched a little bit and left the room and went towards Minori who already had my food and clothes on the front desk. I saw him talking with Sansa about me and how they restrained me, he was laughing…
Anyway, I enjoyed my food at the back of the office until I sensed a certain someone entering the police station.

< Shota Aizawa POV >
I looked at the path that Takeshi took in the GPS that Detective Tanuma gave me this morning after capturing some villains which he took in custody for his investigation.
Tanuma was the one I had to ask about making Takeshi's quirk be marked as none in his documents, so he was the only one aside from me to know about his special body composition.
'I told Takeshi to not go outside to cause problems and yet he still… Sigh~' I thought as I massaged my temples.
The electronic tagging was supposed to send a signal if the kid went outside of the area but he somehow ended up finding trouble without getting outside of the said area.
According to the report that I got from the detective, Takeshi went outside because he wanted to eat and get some extra clothes. He went outside swinging between buildings using my bandages and weights, from there he fought 2 villains and even defeated one who had used that quirk booster drug that's been around lately.
I got the exact report from him and apparently, he took them down efficiently, no broken bones or excessive injuries, just some bruises, and somehow one of the villains passed out due to pain, aside from that he also saved 1 civilian. But that proves how troublesome he is as he can do good and he won't see a problem with it. Even more troublesome as he is quirkless, so he can't be stopped for "using" his quirk in public, he can't go to jail either but there are still schools for problem kids out there.
Either way, he was definitely having a good time using my bandages like that. He should've arrived at the police station in at least 10 minutes considering his great speed, but according to Tanums he arrived in almost 30 minutes… 'He might seem mature as he is pretty much a fighting genius and keeps composure in dangerous situations, but he is still a kid.'
With these thoughts, I entered the police station and saw a… very tall cat...?
I want to make Aizawa show more emotions without coming out as weird, sorry if you think that he acts silly.
