Chương 434: Chapter 431 - Without a Father

"Don't worry, I will send some guards to look for him." Clyde answered as he gently caressed the blond's cheek. 

He couldn't bring himself to tell Ryley the truth about the chaos in Arizona,  or that Alex actually ran away from Gideon again after he helped the latter escape from an unknown group of people who kidnapped them and tortured them for information.

"Ah, right. I haven't seen Mr. Vincent around since earlier." Ryley suddenly asked, "Where is he?"

The corner of the Alpha's lips subtly twitched when he heard it. "I sent him to attend a meeting on my behalf." He calmly said after swallowing his throat. 

The muscles beneath his face clenched the moment he saw a wide smile bloom on Ryley's lips, but he still managed to mask off his true feelings with a faint smile.

The man had no choice but to lie to him, no way he would tell Ryley that Vincent was actually in the central hospital right now.
