"Listen to me. Rachel will stand trial first, so don't worry about what will happen to her next. You still have time to ask her about who her accomplices are." His voice lowered into a hiss as he continued, "Especially during the time she drugged you and sent you to Scott Morrison's room!"

Hearing this, Ryley snapped out of his momentary fright and heaved a shaky breath. "I know."

When he returned to the hall with Martin, the chaos seemed to have died down, but all of the audiences were escorted towards the exit, leaving almost the entire hall empty.

Gracia then came to them with brisk steps and the visible nervousness on her face. "The owner demanded the event ended immediately after and the final announcement postponed until tomorrow." She said, "But don't worry, the result won't change. Jade will still be the winner."
