'Don't let them know...' was the first sentence that echoed inside his mind. 

It was what Alex said to him when the doctor told Ryley what he truly was.

Ryley swallowed hard, he could see that Adrian was genuine with his words. 

Still, it hadn't been long since Ryley knew Adrian. How could he trust him with his 'secret'?

Ryley opened the brown envelope and read the summary of the report. He went straight for the summary part and saw the Beta sign, secretly heaving a relieved sigh that it was only a normal blood test.

"What do you mean by that?" Ryley answered with his brows frowned disapprovingly. 

He couldn't risk telling Adrian his secret, the blond had to make sure that Adrian really wanted to help him and that he didn't have any other motive.

For now, it's better to pretend to be oblivious of all this.
