He felt annoyed, but he still turned his back and took the man's wrist, slightly dragging him behind a wall that separated the hallway and a bathroom nearby.
"Don't you have something important to talk to Adrian? It's better to take care of your own matter first." Ryley said in a low tone.
"I can talk to him later—" Clyde replied fast, but Ryley interrupted him with a contrived smile and a pat on his arm.
"Clyde!" The blond insisted, but then he shut his eyes tight the moment he realized that he was being excessively aggressive.
"I'm fine, okay...?" Ryley continued in a now lowered tone, gentle but still firm. "I'm really fine..." He let down his head as he sighed, then lifted it again to face the man. "Remember our side deal last night?"
Clyde's blue eyes deepened upon hearing his words. "Is it the ten million fine? I will pay it as long as I can make sure that you don't hurt yourself again."
