I leaned up against the railing and took in the two as they continued sparing, landing hit after hit on each other. I was impressed that they had enough control not to seriously injure each other, yet to hit hard enough that it could be felt and counted. Jack landed a particularly solid blow to Jordan's stomach causing him to groan and almost hit the ground. He was on his knees so long that I had started to get worried that he was truly hurt.
"Come on, Jor. You’re getting slow in your old age," Jack taunted seemingly unfazed by Jordan’s injury.
Jordan suddenly let out a breathless laugh that sounded a bit like a cough and then just as quickly kicked a foot out sweeping Jack’s legs out from underneath him landing him flat on his back, the air in his lungs flew out with an audible hiss, especially when Jordan pounced on him and pinned him down.
"Old age huh? I'm what a whole nine months older than you?" Jordan taunted back.
"Ten," Jack gasped out.
