"I will cover your hands with gold! " said Rahul after relishing his favorite food cooked by Simran. "I know when our child will be welcomed in this world, you will teach him or her the art of cooking. I am eagerly awaiting to taste my child's cooked food. Simran laughs, " You are awaiting to eat the food made by one who has not yet entered the world only. " Both Simran and Rahul laughs at their own words. Aryan and Sathi were only two years old when their father died. At that time Simran couldn't find any way how to make money to sustain herself and her twin son and daughter. So she started to open a restaurant of her own. The food cooked by her got the attention of all the people in the city. She taught her co-workers about her own process of cooking food. Gradually her restaurant earned an increased number of customers day by day. But during lockdown, all the restaurants were closed for months. Both Sathi and Aryan were college students. Besides studing, they helped their mother to make food for the needy people and home isolated patients. Simran and Sathi cooked all the food the previous evening and Aryan with his two friends would deliver them to the addresses riding their bikes. Simran felt that someone is saying, " Well done! You made our children self-reliant all by yourself. I am proud of you and my children. "
