Chương 13: FULL POTENTIAL PART-2

[VOID PARADISE] Lucas developed this skill when he was inside the sub-space. This skill allows him to create a dome-shaped barrier. Inside the dome barrier Lucas can utilize the power of the void to its full potential without harming outsiders.

People outside will not be able to see inside the dome barrier and, the people trapped inside will not be able to see or converse with the outside world.

[Outside the barrier]

"What the hell is this skill?" Lady Patricia spoke, looking at Lord Rosewarth.

"It doesn't matter," Lord Rosewarth replied in a calm voice.

"Are you not worried about your son being trapped with those two monsters," Lady Patricia screamed at Lord Rosewarth.

"I think you don't understand... I am worried, but..." Lady Evylin spoke as she looked towards the violet-colored dome, "Lucas is strong, just hope that Butcher comes out alive."

"If both the Eons get defeated, the other nations will bare their fangs very soon," Lady Patricia spoke in anger, "And the news of the reaction of the seal will reach their ears sooner or later."

"It's his choice, not yours," Lord Rosewarth replied, "My son will take over the throne and, you will not interfere."

"He will bring new changes in this nation," Lady Evylin spoke in a calm voice, "And very soon, he will clean out the trash from the family."

"Being strong and being able to run the whole Rosewarth family is very different," Lady Patricia spoke as she shifted her focus towards the barrier.

"So that's why you so-called Leader and Elders chased my husband out of the family," Lady Evylin scoffed at Lady Patricia, "Now, seeing my son's potential, are you getting cold feet?"

Hearing Lady Evylin's reply, Lady Patricia became silent.

The Heroes and other people who stayed there kept their eyes on the dome barrier. They never anticipated a happy day to become ruined by so many conflicts.

[Inside the barrier]

"Welcome to my world," Lucas spoke with a large grin.

"What will you do now?" Butcher inquired.

"Is this where I will find my salvation?" Denzel Leonar inquired with a happy tone.

"Give it a rest, you freak," Lucas spoke in an annoying tone, "How long are you going to pretend?"

The essence inside the barrier became violent. Denzel Leonar laughed like a mad man after hearing Lucas.

"Hahaha, was my acting not good enough?" Denzel looked towards Butcher, "See, he is good, I told you."

"Fearless but a fool," Butcher took his attack stance, "Let me see your limit."

Butcher rushed towards Lucas with his axe. [AXE HAMMER]

A curved ark of white essence came out from Butcher's axe. But, Lucas just stood in his position without moving an inch.

As soon as Butcher's axe was near Lucas's head, he used his void essence and burned Butcher's axe.

"Impossible," Butcher jumped back seeing, his silver axe turn into ash.

"How did a Dasher Class become an Eon?" Lucas scoffed at Butcher.

"Happy after surviving one attack," Butcher signaled Denzel to attack together.

[LIGHT DAGGER], [ASH INFERENO] Butcher and Denzel attacked Lucas from both directions. Butcher made two daggers with light essence and, Denzel launched a large fire tornado.

Butcher, a Dasher Class, could easily dodge Denzel's skill after hitting Lucas with his dagger and letting Denzel's attack hit Lucas. But, things didn't go as their plan.

Lucas, who has much more battle experience than Butcher and Denzel, saw through their attack plan.

[SHIFT] Lucas used his skill to move away from his position as soon as Butcher came in range to attack him, "Stupid fool," he laughed at Butcher.

As a Dasher Class, Butcher regained his speed and kept on attacking Lucas with [LIGHT DAGGER]. On the other side, Denzel kept on chanting some magical spells.

Lucas kept dodging Butcher's attack with ease.

"So that's your next plan," Lucas laughed while dodging Butcher.

"As long as I keep you busy, it will be enough," Butcher kept on his useless rampage, "All we need is your awakened state blood."

"Oh, and then what?" Lucas questioned with curiosity.

"Your awakened blood will open the seal," Butcher launched a straight rushed attack, "Well, you are dead anyway."

"Keep him busy," Denzel screamed, "Need five more minutes."

Lucas tried to rush toward Denzel to interrupt his skill but, Butcher kept on his useless attack forcing Lucas to dodge.

"You are good at running, and that's all you got," Butcher scoffed at Lucas.

Hearing Butcher's words, Lucas laughed, "Hahaha, a Dasher Class Eon couldn't even land a single blow and mocking me, shameless."

"Come now, Dasher Class don't even know how to run and attack," Lucas grinned at Butcher, "Are you not ashamed?"

"You brat, I will kill you myself," Butcher screamed in rage and used his ultimate skill, [TRACE PIERCE].

"Oh, a new skill," Lucas spoke in a happy tone with a grin on his face.

Lucas kept on using [SHIFT] to dodge Butcher's attack. But, Butcher became faster than Lucas. Before Lucas could move to a place using his skill, Butcher was already there with his dagger.

"So, this is the ultimate skill, no wonder you managed to reach an Eon's level," Lucas praised Butcher's skill, "But,...." he grinned.

"Just ten seconds, Butcher," Denzel screamed.

A layer of blue essence formed on the ground around Denzel, "It's almost ready."

Lucas smirked as he saw Denzel's skill.

Denzel noticed Lucas's smile, "Don't tell me..."

[VOID SHIFT] Lucas used the skill that allows him to teleport at any place inside his barrier faster than his usual skill [SHIFT] which, only allowed him to move faster.

"Arrrg," A pair of light daggers pierced Denzel's heart.

"Damn, you bastard...." Denzel fell on the ground coughing up blood.

"What? How?" Butcher steps back.

"A simple trap," Lucas smirked, "Your ultimate skill allows you to trace your opponent's essence flows."

"Look where you are before using your skill," Lucas looked at the dying man, "You are inside my skill and, you traced my essence to attack me."

"You are stupid or retard, pick one yourself," Lucas laughed.

Denzel grabbed his chest to stop the blood flow, "Next time, you won't be so lucky."

A faint blue essence covered Denzel's body.

"It won't work," Lucas scoffed, "My domain, my rules."

"It was fun, well," Lucas kicked Denzel's head and, it flew towards Butcher's feet, "Oops, my bad," he gave a sinister smile to Butcher.

"I never expected you two to be so weak," Lucas tore a piece of cloth from Denzel's body and wiped out his hand.

"Let me live," Butcher realized that they were on Lucas's palm playing according to Lucas's wish without even realizing it.

"I won't kill you," Lucas spoke in a calm voice, "Not yet."

"Other nations will attack us," Lucas stood in front of Butcher.

Butcher noticed that Lucas was in his range of attack, "Thank you," He bowed to Lucas, "And, goodbye," Butcher made a dagger from essence in a blink of an eye and tried to pierce Lucas's heart.

"Arrg.." Butcher screamed.

The hand he held the dagger flew from his body and landed on the ground. Blood sprayed everywhere and covered Lucas's face.

"So obvious," Lucas looked at Butcher, who fell on the ground with pain.

"There won't be next time," Lucas gave a cold and sinister smile, "Never speak of what happened here again."

Butcher gripped his bloody shoulder and spoke in a wavering voice, "I swear, I will never."

"Is this your full potential," Butcher spoke while huffing and gripping his shoulder in pain.

Lucas replied in a cold voice, "My full potential?" he laughed, "Are you even worthy?"
