AUBREY STANDS IN HER SPOT, DUMBSTRUCK AS SHE WATCHES THE RED-BROWN HAIRED MAN WALK TOWARDS A WHITE CAR WITH HER BAG IN HIS HANDS. A small, confused smile appears on her lips, wondering if Connor only carried her bag because it was being a burden to her or if there is another reason to it. It isn't all that surprising to her that he offered to carry her schoolbag; since the beginning, he has been doing all he can to make her safe and comfortable, however, this moment seems different— Aubrey feels there could be something behind his devotion to keeping her safe.
Her eyes widen a fraction when he stops in front of the car then turns to her, "Aubrey, aren't you coming?" He opens the back seat and throws the bag into it.
She clears her throat and quickly runs up to him, "Yeah, of course."
Connor puts on a settling smile before walking up to the passenger seat and opening the door for her, "I want to take you someplace."
