I was worried I would have trouble writing after this break, but funnily enough the words just flew out of me as soon as I started. I guess there's true in the saying that motivation comes after an action and not before... The more you do, the more motivated you will get but you just need to try...

Starfall would have never expected the Altercation with Discord to get resolved in such a manner, but... As he looked at the Stone statue of a miserable Draconequs hitting his head on a table, he could only sigh in amusement.
"You know...It really wasn't so bad...We all loose a game every now and then... It wasn't something so shameful as to have them turn you back into stone..." He said to the statue trying to hold in his mirth...
They were currently in the atrium of the Lab that he recently constructed, with Discord's Statue taking the central place of a small decorative fountain.
After what happened with Daybreaker, Starfall expected an epic battle, but to think Pinkie Pie would traumatize the Spirit of Chaos to such an extent that he would personally ask to be petrified...
He was speaking to him, knowing full well that the Draconequs could hear everything around him even while "Stoneyfied"...
"...Well...I guess I'll at least try to keep you company...I honestly expect Tia to soon ask us regarding getting you resocialized or something. I wouldn't really mind as I find you to be a truly fun and interesting being. As long as you rein in some of you more destructive and harmful tendencies I'm sure we could become good friends. In the end, a good prank is one when everypony are laughing. Otherwise, it's just bullying, and that is something I truly despise..." He said, slowly getting into the mood of talking about morality of pranking...He needed a few minutes to stop himself though...
"...Right... I'll stop bothering you. I can get a bit talkative, and being a Statue, while it makes you an excellent listener, it doesn't really give you a choice in the matter...Here, I'll put on some music for you. Take care for now Dis. " Starfall said while enchanting a nearby gramophone to play some smooth jazz...

His hooves took him towards his next destination, the infirmary. It was only two days since that eventful day and they were still recovering from the aftermath of the battle.
Starfall opened the doors, and found himself in the familiar chamber. White was the dominant colour of the room and a number of Medical related things had been scattered around the different tables and drawers, with posters on the walls and with the familiar Hospital smell, that Starfall made sure to partially cover using the flowers that grew from several flower pots...
A row of hospital beds was lined by the East wall, only two of them still occupied, with a single pony sitting on a chair beside each of them.
His eyes landed on the closest bed. Princess Celestia sat there covered in bandages, while having a pleasant conversation with Midnight Moon, the clone of Luna and what was left of Nightmare Moon's magic...
That was probably the biggest surprise for Starfall. To think that Luna would do something like this...
He didn't blame her. He understood that it was a troublesome situation and she did what she did to get free from Daybreaker's control, but she should have gone to him regarding the cloning because what she did was extremely irresponsible and could have ended badly...
Of course he understood the reasons, The need for haste, the mental pressure she suffered while housing two consciousnesses, and the approaching Daybreaker, but he still spoke with Luna to make sure she didn't act rashly again.
Midnight Noon was also a big surprise for Starfall. He quickly found out that she was truly a nice pony, and he didn't really mind her darker humour. She wasn't overly different from Luna to be honest, and them technically being clones only made them feel more like Twins, which notion the two mares adopted quickly, very much liking the idea of being seen as such by the others.
"Hello Lovely Ladies, how are you two doing?" He asked and the two mares turned towards him with smiles on their faces.
"Ah! Hey Starfall! Were good. or at least as good as we can be, considering the packaged corpse beside me." Midnight said slightly amused as she looked at the overly bandaged Celestia.
"Ahaha! Don't listen to that Fool dear. I am fine. Just slightly bruised. Twilight says I should be back to full health in a day or two." Celestia said, while giving Midnight a mock angry glare eliciting a giggle from Starfall.
"That's good to hear... By the way, You two seem pretty close already..." He said with a hint of curiosity.
"Oh yes, we are! You can't even imagine how surprised I was to learn that I had a new sister. At first I wasn't sure what to think about it, but we only needed to speak with each other for a while to come to an understanding. With how much In common she has with Luna it's no wonder the two of them got along so well, and I was more than happy to have her join our family." Tia said with happiness while exchanging looks with the other mare.
"That's right. I was also worried about it, but Tia was very accepting. She even invited me to Canterlot so that she could organise me my own coronation. Something that I'm still not sure about to be honest." Midnight said slightly abashed.
"Oh please Midnight. You have all the memories of Luna. I'm sure you'd be a great help in protecting Equestria." Celestia coerced Midnight who rolled her eyes.
"You just want someone to help you rule in your place, don't you?" Midnight said with mirth in her voice.
"Wha-I would never!"Celestia said mock offended and everyone laughed.
"Right, since we're in the topic of ruling the country.... Who's actually doing that at the moment?" Starfall asked a bit worried and Celestia smiled.
"Don't worry dear, Luna and Cadence are taking care of it untill I am back on my hoofs. They won't have much problem I reckon." She explained slightly placating Starfall.
"I see. I was just about to ask where she was but I guess it makes sense. I should have paid more attention instead of putting all my mind into cleaning up Ponyville after the battle." He mused with a smile.
He noticed a pile of presents and flowers laying beside the bed. He smiled. it wasn't surprising really, who wouldn't wish to send a get well gift to Princess Celestia...not that many knows about her situation...
His eyes slowly looked forward where a white curtain separated them from the other bed.
"Right, I think I should check up the other occupants. Could you excuse me for a moment?" He asked and the two Alicorns nodded in agreement.
"It's alright Starfall... Oh! I almost forgot! I checked up the "other one" earlier today. Her mental state seems almost stable now. I believe she would wake up today or tomorrow at the latest..."Midnight said, pleasantly surprising Starfall.
"Truly? That's great news! I was really worried About her, but your words eased my heart." Starfall said, kissing Midnight on the cheek and eliciting a blush from the receiving mare and a giggle from Celestia. He then left towards the other hospital bed while Celestia looked at Midnight.
"Who would have thought that you would loose your composure from a simple kiss on the cheek. And here I heard you kissed him on the lips the first time you met him...guess that wasn't true..." She said in amusement eliciting a blushing glare from Midnight.
"I-It's not like this! I was not embarrassed!" She said, trying to sell her image which judging by the amusement in Celestia's eyes wasn't working...
Midnight remembered the time she kissed Starfall. It was really amazing, though She didn't know what pushed her to do so, and she wanted to bury herself underground afterwards. Though she couldn't do that instantly, so the only thing that she could do was keep a straight face and continue the act...
"I'm sure you weren't..." Celestia said, giving her an olive branch with amusement.

Starfall walked over to the second bed where a pink coloured mare sat beside on a chair, while looking over to whom amounted to be her identical copy albeit with straight hair instead of curly... She was holding her hoof with worry and Starfall found the situation mildly perturbing, though he discarded that thought and walked closer to the usually cheerful mare.
He put his hoof on her shoulder, making sure he didn't startle her in the process.
"Hey Pinkie...How is she?" He asked to which Pinkie answered without turning from the sleeping clone.
"Hey Starfall... She's alright. Midnight says she might wake up today or tomorrow..."
"I see...." He said simply, letting silence once again take hold, his hoof slowly caressing Pinkies shoulder.
It was a while before Pinkie finally broke the silence.
"...Thank you..." She whispered to which Starfall responded by wrapping his hooves around her shoulders.
"No need to thank me Pinkie. She deserved a second chance so I gave it to her." He explained finally getting Pinkie to look at him with a surprisingly serious expression.
"You're wrong. She was already resigned to her fate. She wouldn't have said a word If she disappeared forever, but you saved her. You did all this to give her the chance she never had, when you didn't have to." She lightly caressed the hoof of her clone.
"I just did what I believed to be the right thing to do." He said, getting a smile from Pinkie.
She leaned over and kissed his lips lightly.
"And that's why I love you..." She replied with a loving smile before turning back to the clone.
It was quiet the surprise when he broke the subject of the other clone with everypony, though with the appearance of Midnight, the fact he made a body for Pinkie's Alter Ego wasn't that impacting. His Girls quickly accepted the situation, and the only one of his marefriends that was yet to be informed was Little Strongheart, as she was living in another part of the country.
though he already invited her for a visit in a few days, as he hoped to catch her up on the recent happenings, and give her a tour of Ponyville. He really missed his cute little Buffalo...
He was woken up from his musings by a sudden movement in his field of vision.
His head snapped towards the source just as a pair of beautiful, curious sapphire blue eyes met with his own.
"...hello...where-where am I?..."Pinkamena whispered, for the first time using her newest body...
