~~~(POV: Scott Autumn)~~~
The ship is leveled out, and it's absolutely massive, it's in the shape of a massive wedge, and it's bigger than any ship I've seen yet. This is what you'd call a dreadnaught. "What have you done..." Larzacks is slowly getting his bearing from my earlier attack.
I knew he wouldn't stay on the ground for long. I step away from the console, and I kick him in the head. He's now fully unconscious. The ship hums with power, and I watch as all the weapon and shielding systems come online. Now just the laser cannons that destroyed the fleets.
[Congratulations!]
[You've discovered an Unknown technological Marvel!]
[The Dreadnaught was known as Immortalitas! A Primordium Dreadnaught that has a rating of 9.6 out of 10.0!]
[The Immortalitas is capable of destroying stars and black holes of all sizes! Along with planets!]
[Goodluck! You're going to need it!]
I don't like that last line from the system... What would I need good luck for? "Durado, get rid of the scientists. We're not taking them where we're going." He quickly starts laying out shots from his blasters and killing everyone in the room.
While the flashes from the blaster bolts add an ominous tint to the room, I keep my eyes on the console. More and more information is being poured out by the ship's systems. I thought I accessed all of it, but I was wrong. Out of everything, there is no information on my homeworld.
The only one left alive is Larzacks, and he's still unconscious on the ground. "We're leaving Larzacks alive. I want to learn everything he knows about Teller-Bravo and what he knows about my daughter." I nod my head at Durado as he picks up the alien creature.
He places him in one of the chairs and restrains him. The Immortalitas is fully operational and ready for the hyperspace jump. We're only floating about 4 feet off the surface of Heroor, so I bring the Dreadnaught into space and the shields through any rubble from the fleets away.
I stop and take a seat myself. I place my hands in my hair and close my eyes. Nothing went according to any plans I had, and nothing stayed constant.
It just goes to show that nothing in space goes the way you want it to. "How did you do it, Scott... How did you get any of this to work..." Durado takes the free seat next to me, and I don't know how to answer him.
I'm not ready for him to know what I truly am, so I have to find a good excuse. I rack my brain and find a suitable one, at least for now.
I lift my head and look at him. "I found plenty of activation codes and passwords when I was captured. I destroyed one of the machines, and I hacked its systems. It gave me access to most of the structure's internal systems, and I eventually found my way to a room that let me see everything and everyone." The majority of that is a lie.
The only truth is the part about being in a room. A room where I had a personal message left for me from another Primordium millions of years before I arrived. Either more is going on here, or the system really is as great as they claim it to be.
His reaction speaks volumes, and it's telling me he's doubting every word I just spoke. But he stays quiet regardless. "I'll be taking Larzacks to a private room, don't forget about the group we left. They're likely still on the ship." I haven't forgotten about them, and it's not going to be a problem.
I had the security machines remove them from the ship without hurting them. Now it's just us on the ship. "Here." Durado tosses me a datachip. "Go to those coordinates. It'll be safe until we move to the Gord-Prime system." I look at the chip, and I plug it into the console. As I do, I get an update from the system.
