"Yeah, yeah, you're not the first," he said as he stabbed his weapon into the creature's body, leaving nothing but a heap of ice. "Not the first time I've been cursed anyway," he smiled as he attempted to look at the notifications.
It was the boss monster, the final obstacle in a dungeon. Typically dungeons were sustained only due to the existence of the boss monster. Should an individual avoid the mobs and head straight for the boss, the dungeon would then be cleared. Although, it wasn't too often that the final room could be accessed without clearing the other mobs.
However, what kept him waiting was not the clear notifications, but the fact that there were none. It was confusing, he was sure the boss was cleared, the ice at his feet was a testament to that.
