Briceus heard the call but held his place, regardless of who had just addressed him like so. At the moment, his dresser, Mr Rupert and some other assistants were grooming him up for the imperial gathering he would need to attend today the moment he and his escorts arrive at their destination. The main issue at hand was how his dresser had insisted on grooming him up in a rather complicated outfit. Why did he have to look too extra? Briceus could not understand the man's mind. Even though he'd swallowed his disapproval for long enough, it was now beginning to seem like he was deliberately putting in the effort; too much at the stance, to have himself outshine every other Monarch ruler that would be attending the delegation he was preparing to grace with his presence. That notion was an untruth and he was already beginning to feel uncomfortable.
