Nesrin froze at his words. Her heart raced and her thoughts turned puzzled but when she noticed how the eerie darkness gradually subsided his eyes, how his gaze appeared confused and yet with the hints of light.

He still carried his dark aura, the cursed element brewed inside him the same as before but it was not as unsettling.
She almost dared to hope.

"What after that?"
