C-Rank Hunters are already considered celebrities within Sectors, they are given special tasks by the government and even paid to wipe out Dungeons for hefty sums of money.

C-Rank was the last step before reaching B-Rank, but anyone that has reached this stage was already very talented and held great connections with many people and guilds.

Usually, the strongest group of hunters within Guilds were made of mostly C-Rank hunters led by B-Rank Hunters.

Being a C-Rank Hunter meant being above many other people, and it even had a social status similar to an aristocrat if not a bit higher simply by their level of strength.
