Chương 13: Anti-Hero Fun Time
Yuri looked over to the brown-haired female and chuckled. She jumped up to land beside him. "What was that about Thanos and judgment?" she sighed at him.
The male stared at her before twisting around. "I told you I'd figure out a way to help you look good, though I didn't see Barnaby coming that quickly. But for now, I believe we should have a bit of fun with judgment"
Maria raised an eyebrow as she watched him carefully. "You and I kill criminals? Together? Are you serious? Wait, you're Lunatic so-"
"The name kind of gives it away I guess" he hummed as he watched the female. "So, are you up for it?"
She smirked at him. "Am I up for it? What kind of a question is that? Of course, I'm up for it! Anything to relieve me of this cursed stress from" she pointed towards the Hero tower "THAT."
He jumped to another rooftop. "Good point you have there, Twisted. Now. Let us head towards the parking garage. There are supposed to be two criminals there and I want to have Thanos give judgment before the heroes arrive"
She gave a small squeal of joy as she started to follow the blue-flamed male. "Then let's have some fun, my dear partner"
The two followed each other on one path to get to the parking garage which held the two hiding criminals. The two were caught either abusing some type of substance or even robbing something. One of the worst things though was that one was someone that Maria knew. Of course, Yuri being Yuri, she never knew it was him as the male she followed in close pursuit hid it so well.
Their destination came closer and closer as they slowed down. "We should scout the area to make sure the heroes don't try and sneak up on us"
"You go do that, Twisted. I'll look for our targets so we can have some… what was it…? ah yes. Fun"
She rolled her eyes as she started to look around the perimeter of the parking garage. She had checked every place she could think of from the top-level entrance to the ground level. She didn't see anything, but that was because Origami Cyclone was great at hiding. He disguised himself into the wall of a poster which had her face on it saying "Concert at the mall. Listen to Christmas music by the great singer Maria! One night only!"
She started to run up the levels to look for Lunatic, which didn't take long since blue flames are pretty hard to miss. "I can't see anyone. We're in the clear"
The blue male nodded, his marvelous flames caressing his outfit as he pulled out his crossbow. He chuckled slightly. "Look at these two. Both of them deserve judgment. Tell me, Twisted. Who will you judge?"
She looked at the two only to freeze there. She backed up slightly seeing the man she thought Antonio got rid of. "He's…"
Lunatic gave a low laugh. "The man you're trying to avoid? Well, it's your lucky day. You can kill him if you want to. It is safe judgment, my dear"
She shook as she backed up more. "If he dies then they will look for me, especially since Rock Bison is the one who's protecting me… from him"
Lunatic aimed an arrow at the man who was with the stalker. "Hear the voice of Thanos!"
With that the male was engulfed with flames after the arrow had shot him, leaving the other male to fend for himself. He attempted to run away from the two. "Go on, Twisted. He's all yours"
He didn't realize the female had left, causing him to stand there and look somewhat stupid for a moment. He looked to where she was, giving a low growl and turning his attention towards the running male. Origami Cyclone had sped into the area and grabbed the criminal from his sights and ran off, holding him close. Lunatic was going to get the female back if it was the last thing he'd do.
