Freya went into a slight daze thinking about the past.

Gideon's expression instantly turned cold. He had unknowingly grabbed her by the chin. "Do you think I'm as stupid as you?"

The unexpected derision instantly ruined the great atmosphere.

Freya instinctively felt afraid of the man. She raised her hand and grabbed his hand.

She was unable to pull his hand away, but she felt slightly more in control just by holding his hand.

After some time, she asked in surprise, "What do you mean?"

"Considering your intelligence, I doubt you could do my tie so nimbly unless you had experience."

"When I was in university, my business teacher gave us an etiquette course. He also taught us how to tie a tie. Even though only men wore ties, he told the girls to learn how to do it so that we could do it for our husbands."

The man's mood instantly lifted. He let go of her and said, "You are such a good student."
