Chương 20: Chapter 19
After getting to the Café, Charles and Zack walked over to Dino who was sitting comfortably and sipping a cup of coffee.
After walking to his table they sat down and waited for Dino to speak. They waiting for a minute before Dino finally spoke.
"Sorry about that guys, I was enjoying the taste. Anyways, Lets talk about what's going to happen".
"You should start giving out info about the drug" Charles said making Zack nod.
"I already did" Dino said with a smug smile.
"Oh really. Did anyone call and ask you for it" Zack asked in a curious tone.
"I had I had over sixty people call me" Dino said leaning back and smiling.
"How" Zack asked/
"I have a lot of connections. I'm the best info broker in this damn country. If I say a drug is good, its good. Now then, I told them you guys would meet with them next week at a local drug spot everyone trades at" Dino explained,.
"Local drug spot?" Charles asked.
"Its where people normally go to get drugs. Its also a no violence zone for gangs. The thing is though, there's always drug dealers there so your products have to be cheap. But not with you guys. You have created something new, so expect more than the amount of customers I initially said".
After hearing this Charles nodded and couldn't help but compliment the people who thought of the idea of making a safe drug zone.
'Its pretty good, but I can imagine how much competition there is. It will be good selling there but others gangs will surely get ahold of us after learning about the drug'.
"Dino, its a good spot but other gangs may not like a their customers being stolen by a new gang. It's fine if they're only a small gang but if its a bigger one, I doubt we would be able to survive and attack"
After voicing his concerns, Charles stopped talking and waited for Dino to share his opinion.
"Hmm, You're right but wrong at the same time. You wouldn't survive if they attacked you but you have someone on your side they don't, me. You can't really think I would let my business partners fall that easily to a couple of gangs right. If anything happens I'll call a couple of my buddies to get rid of them".
After explaining why they shouldn't worry Dino watched as Charles eyes opened wide with the realization that Dino is someone who has more connections they had ever thought.
'Damn, I didn't think of that. I'm still to new to this gang shit' Charles thought.
"Anyways, I think We should get the slaves tomorrow" Dino said.
"yeah, I was thinking that too. If we're gonna be dealing with that many people, we need more men" exclaimed Zack.
"Now then, our meetings done for the day. Make sure to make more than 100 packets of the drug. Goodbye boys, see you tomorrow".
Dino then got up form his seat and walked out of the store leaving Charles and Zack sitting at the table alone.
"Lets leave" Zack said getting up and leaving the store with Charles following closely behind.
While they were walking back to the warehouse, they called Aizen.
"Yo, Aizen. You guys still at the warehouse" Zack asked.
{Nah, we went back to the mansion. Mikasa's unpacking her clothes right now} Aizen said over the phone.
"Alright, we'll be there in a few minutes" Zack said.
The two then went a different way and passed the Warehouse as walked towards the mansion.
After getting to the mansion Charles and Zack called everyone to the living room.
"All right guys. We have some important news. We're gonna start getting a bunch of customers, which means a lot of money. Now then boys, I know you're new and all but I want you guys to start selling at the spot I give you. Just remember, the four of us trust you guys. We are family, we don't steal from each other" Charles explained.
"We wont betray you guys" The fifteen men said at the same time.
'Good, they seem quite loyal, for now that is' Charles thought looking at them.
"Good, now then. Have a good night" Charles said.
After all the other members retired to their rooms, Charles and the other three talked for a bit longer before Charles had to go home.

Getting home Charles greeted his grandfather but for the first time he didn't respond.
"Grandpa, you home"
Hearing no response he walked around the apartment and tried looking for him. "Grandpa yo-" Charles stopped talking when he saw his grandfather collapsed on the floor.
Rushing over to him he picked his up and slapped his face gently.
"Grandpa, grandpa, wake up. Are you okay" Charles asked in a worried tone.
Sasuke didn't open his eyes and Charles started to worry.
[Calm down, check his breathing] Danny said.
"I AM CALM" Charles screamed, clearly frustrated.
He then put his hear onto his chest and heard his heart beating. He then checked if he was breathing and luckily for him, Sasuke still was.
Not wasting a second longer Charles grabbed his phone form his pocket and called the ambulance. Not even five minutes later the ambulance pulled up to the house and took his grandpa, along with him, to the hospital.
While the doctors were trying to find out what happened, Charles was sitting on a chair outside the room impatiently moving his legs up and down.
After twenty minutes of Charles thinking the worst the doctor walked out of the room and explained what was wrong with Sasuke.
"Sato-san, your grandfather has Lung cancer" The doctor said not wasting a minute to try and give Charles hope.
"Is it bad" Charles asked hoping for the best.
The doctor put his hand on Charles' shoulder and sighed.
"He's too old. The cancer has spread further. If only he came in early we could've tried something" The doctor said.
Charles was at loss for words. 'Why didn't he get a check up', 'Why didn't he say he needed help', 'WHY,WHY,WHYYYY' Charles thought.
Seeing Charles space out, the doctor couldn't help but sigh. "I'm sorry young man. There's nothing we could do at the moment".
"How long" Charles whispered.
"Pardon" The doctor said after not hearing what Charles said.
"How long does he have to live" Charles asked once more.
"A year at best" The doctor said making Charles unable to hold back the tears any longer.
"I-I'm sorry young man" The doctor said.
"I-Its fine. Can I see him" Charles asked as he wiped the tears from his eyes.
"Of course"
The two then walked into the room, and when Charles saw Sasuke hooked up to machines he couldn't help but choke.
"I'll leave you two some alone time" the doctor said, leaving he room.
Charles grabbed a chair and pulled it towards the bed. Sitting on it, Charles grabbed Sasuke's hand and held it lightly.
"G-Grandpa. Please wake up. I can't lose, I don't want to. I promise I wont stay out for long and if you want me to, I can even stop going out in general. But please Don't leave me behind. Please" Charles pleaded as tears started falling from his face.
[Ch-] Danny was stopped from talking by Tony who interrupted him.
[Stop Danny. He needs to let it out].
Charles then went the whole night holding Sasuke's hand and praying to a god that he knew would never answer his prayers.

AN: Damn the end made me tear up a bit.
-6 years can change old people a lot, I know that form experience. This Illness wasn't just random btw. He hasn't been feeling well for a while, he was just too stubborn to go to the hospital and check up on himself. Old people and their stubbornness right.
