Were they not supposed to put up some kind of grand battle and, in the end, go: "It seems I lost this battle! Do with me as you please…" Before taking their last breaths?
"I said please don't eat me!" The slime begged as it began to take on a new shape. What appeared in Kana's vision was not the slime one would normally know but a slime girl who was around sixteen to eighteen years of age. She was currently prostrating herself in front of Kana with her head pressed against the tree branch.
Kana frowned even more. "Why does it feel like I'm some kind of evil person? Were you not the one who was planning on trying to eat me first!?"
