Chương 2: Chapter 2
On the journey back to the Clan base, Kami unexpectedly did not encounter even a single enemy or ally . He was grateful though as he managed to complete the journey in just six days . Naturally the time neded shortened by a lot because he did not need rest at all .
The Uchiha Clan base was surrounded by towering mountains and some good water sources along with dense mountain forests so the scenery was beautiful. Kami enjoyed the view greatly and finally arrived at the north entrance to the base .
The area of the base was huge and had many small and big entrances. The two major ones were the North and South entrances. The clan had many members but the number of ninja were only about three hundred . This number was already great compared to some clans who have reduced to only five or six members due to them dying in constant wars .
The ninja guarding the entrance recognized Kami's face as they had remembered all the faces of the group which left for the battle with Hyuga clan few days ago . Kami only showed his clan emblem to them and activated his sharingan to gain smooth entry inside the base .
The wooden wide houses , wide roads and no automobiles. Kami experienced the difference compared to culture of modern Earth . He liked the current culture more . As soon as he had taken few steps , a middle aged Uchiha flashed and stood right before him . Kami recognized this uncle from his memories.
His name was Uchiha Kenko and he was aide of an Elder from the Uchiha main clan . His status was far greater than Kami who was the lowest level soldier but the both of them had good relationship with each other .
Kenko was the best friend of Kami's parents who had died in a battle with the Senju more than a decade ago . Kenko took care of Kami and gave him same love like he gave to his blood son Uchiha Sadaharu who was few years older than Kami . Kami was impressed by the Uchiha clan because they really felt extreme love . As for the extreme hatred ? Kami had no interest in that ..
" Uncle , hehe.. I came back alive like I had promised . "
Suddenly Kami was hugged by Kenko tightly for few minutes which passed in silence. Kenko finally smiled and let Kami go who was a head shorter than him in height .
" Brat , as long as you are safe . Come your big brother is waiting for you at home . "
Kenko was a man of few words . Kami was glad of this fact because it was tiring to act like someone else . Both of them walked for few minutes before arriving before a small wooden mansion . Kami nodded in satisfaction as the architecture was really good . Small trees were planted inside the inner garden and the atmosphere was very peaceful.
Suddenly Kami felt danger behind him and his body automatically jumped to right . Kami was speechless as he saw a short sharp sword and a teenager holding it . His skin was tanned and had hawk like slanted eyes . Kami immediately relaxed as the figure who surprise attacked him was none other than Uchiha Sadaharu who was Kenko's only son.
" Kakaka.. my little brother , your skills have improved. Hmm.. at least you gained good awareness from the battle . "
Kenko just slapped Sadaharu at the back of his head with a helpless expression because his son was outstanding except the fact he somehow became obsessed with the sword and liked to surprise attack Kami from time to time saying that he wanted to train the reflexes of his little brother.
" Sigh.. brother , even Uncle is speechless now so please grow up already and stop such foolish behavior from now on .. "
Kami said with a helpless expression and gave Sadaharu a bear hug .
' Its nice to have someone who cares a lot about you. I will protect them from now on.'
Kami accepted these two as his family now because he found them nice and they had taken care of the kid Kami for long time .
Sadaharu returned the hug and stored his sword back inside its sheath . He did not respond to Kami's plea and just flashed away using Body Flicker jutsu after showing his tongue mischievously to Kenko who had black lines on his forehead.
" Haha.. dont worry Uncle . " Kami could do nothing except pat Kenko's back once to console him . That Sadaharu was already 17 but liked to act like a kid . Naturally as his father , Kenko did not find this pleasing ..
After that Kami had a long bath in warm water and went to sleep after eating some fish and rice. His body wasn't tired at all but his mind was as he had experienced too much otherworldly stuff like meeting God etc and the trauma of dying once with several bullets inside his body ..
