Chương 102: One-horned Wyverns

  The quiet journey quickly came to an end after the group left the checkpoint. Only a couple of minutes later, they were attacked by a swarm of different beast species. 

One must agree that the battle between two sides was quite a sight to see. Morana flawlessly turned her black cane into a deadly weapon and combined it with her affinities. Samael, with his signature humbling gaze, trampled on anything that came on his path. Ioannes and Luka were not falling behind as well.

Their battle was a spectacle of power and color, making one mesmerized and forget that it was a life and death situation.

As the group was clearing the 3rd wave of the beast attacks, their traveling speed was significantly slowed down.

Morana couldn't help feeling bothered by the situation and the feeling that was nagging at her that something wasn't quite right.

As she slayed the last beast and cleaned her hands of the trickling blood she instantly flinched and frowned.
