Morning came, although I didn't expect to have lived this far,
I stretched my arms and stood up to greet them,
The woman who saved me, introduced herself as 'Mar,'
And I told them softly, they all can call me 'Ken,'.
A short man with black hair,
A friendly smile and blue eyes,
Gave me my first plate of the day,
I don't know him well but he seems nice.
Half an egg and a little rice,
Half a glass of water was served before my eyes,
Is it enough to quench my thirst? and satisfy my hunger?
I didn't mind, so long as my tummy won't rumble,
Although I know it won't be any longer.
We talked, a lot about how this zombie infection had happened,
But none of us sure of how it could have happened,
My guess is, perhaps this isn't something like the movie suggests,
Because all I know, is that this is one heck of a mess.
Then all eyes fell on me,
They asked me a lot of what I could suggest to survive,
My stomach felt twisting, and I don't know what to say,
I'm no good leader, all I often do is obey,
But they wanted me to say something, so I'll give them five.
One, don't do something unplanned,
One fatal move can kill you,
So always think beforehand.
Two, do not run without knowing the area first,
It may end up with you being trapped,
Or something worse.
Three, don't bring anything that's quite heavy,
It may slow you down,
And a big advantage for the enemy.
Four, don't be too selfless,
Too much of heroism,
Will leave you helpless.
And Five, always pray for protection,
You may be strong,
But you don't always hold the solutions...
