The throne room of Acrod was silent for the first time so long as they took in the appearance of their king. Their king Cassius looked so terrified that the sight alone was enough to make his warriors want to puke. 

The elders of the royal council were worried about him and his warriors, and felt like they were cursed to get to this point. 

Their king looked like he was one inch away from his deathbed, but even then, king Cassius was determined to make things right in his kingdom. With no heir to run Acrod, chaos was bound to happen and that was something that king Cassius didn't have.

"Good evening Acrod," the king greeted his people, even though there was a chance he didn't even know who was in the room or not. He had been gone for three weeks and in that period, no one knew where he went or what he did.
