"I have a jacket this time," Asterias said as he took off his own to place it against the female's shoulders. His gloved hands touching the sheer fabric and raising goosebumps upon her fair skin. The moonlight bathed him beautifully as she took the jacket without a question.

Lumielle had grown fond of him and she had been a fool as to not realize it. "Can I ask what the Princess gave me for my birthday?" He queried, he was leaning against the balcony. The hum of music meandering in the air. The sound of flutes tickling her ears.

Was she embarrassed? Evangeline had given her the present as it was small enough for her to hold and due to Magnus wishing to converse with her, she had been unable to put it down.
