Raelle could only sigh mentally when she heard that she couldn't take this chance to run away. That thought did cross her mind for a second but she chose to curb that thought. As her husband and her father-in-law said, these girlies really put a lot of effort into picking up activities so that she could play along and won't feel uncomfortable too. She couldn't just abandon them and drown all their efforts in the water.
Raelle didn't think she was a good person but she was someone who valued the people in her life. And these three women happened to be people she really cared about too. If it was her own mother standing in front of her in place of these three, she might not have even thought about it for a second before running away but she couldn't do the same to these three.
I'll try to wrap up the book as it was intended to wrap up long ago but I have been getting separation withdrawal symptoms so I kept delaying the ending for so long. But I can't do that anymore.
