NADIA'S POV
January 01, 2027
Nadia stood by at the hospital's floor-ceiling window, watching the sky ablaze with fireworks. It was midnight, the first day of the year, a new beginning.
However, the vibrant bursts of color ignited no joy within her; instead, they mirrored the tumultuous storm of emotions raging inside her chest.
Nadia clasped her hands and prayed, lifting her wishes for the new year. At this moment, she wished only for Pitt to wake up.
'Oh, God, I would not argue with him anymore!'
May Pitt is her generous employer; she actually has a thick face when arguing with him. Pitt is such a teaser when he is in a mood, that's why.
Nadia sighed deeply, her eyes lingering on the colorful blasts in the sky.
Hailee told them that the fireworks Mr. Shen had prepared would last almost one hour, so she prepared a thousand recliner chairs for everyone to enjoy without breaking their necks.
Hello, dearests! Happy holidays to everyone!
I am gathering opinions on whether any of you are interested in reading Bryan's story. I'm thinking of writing it in a separate book, but I am hesitant to release it because Hailee and Vince's story will spoil more.
What do you think? Please comment down below on your opinion!
Hugs and kisses! I hope you enjoy the mass release!
