After putting away the True Ember, Yuan quickly made his way toward the exit, unwilling to remain in the Phoenixes' territory any longer.

Neither the young man nor the young lady tried to stop him. In fact, they also wanted him to leave as soon as possible.

Once they left, Yuan and Yingzi began flying back to the Mystic Valley.

"I don't understand what went wrong. As far as I can tell, he definitely didn't have the bloodline of an Ancient Phoenix. Yet, he was able to use Phoenix's Influence on me despite his lack of cultivation."

"Haa… forget it. It's already in the past."
