Chương 11: Chapter 11: Raiding the Revolution Pt.1
~Third POV~
Another year has passed making Seiya 10 years old and Esdeath 12 in that year.
During that year they have continued making business as hunters and hunt down any Danger Beasts they come across too quickly making them mincemeat and collecting parts to exchange for profit in the capital.
It was also in this time that the Capital was secretly under a state of emergency of the sudden disappearance of two Teigu that were entrusted to the Imperial Navy Fleet Admiral and the Governor of Joyou.
When the news reached the Capital, they were somewhat worried that the thief was stealing them to other parts of the country or for themselves currently, they were only able to get a few clues of the culprits.
However, there wasn't a lot of clues to pinpoint who the culprit was but was able to convince that they must be wearing the Teigu Mastema around their person or Grand Chariot weapon on their person
But the Empire wasn't the only group looking for this group the Revolutionary Army took the interest of thieves stealing from them thinking that they could persuade them to their side or purchase them for their services.
As that was happening Seiya was increasing the teleporting range of his Rumble Fruit ability like Enel has done in the show.
Seiya wanted to have this skill at the ready in case if he or Esdeath was in danger it was best for him to get a teleporting skill at the ready when they meet a large group of people after them.
That wasn't the only thing he was busy with he was also practicing increasing his range of hearing with the Logia Fruit it might be his most versatile fruit he has when it comes to hearing the thoughts of others or information gather, he has ever had.
Along the way, with hunting Danger, Beasts Seiya was also practicing how to perform memory or skill transfer from the target's nerves to the brain into his own absorbing the knowledge of their skills into his own whenever they came across some bandits.
Seiya has also learned to listen to the electrical sound waves that traverse the very air itself using it as a method to give out his own thoughts to Esdeath without the need to ask her vocally.
But the last thing he has done in that year developed Electric Creature Creation creating his own allies with his electricity with the simple constructs as birds, hounds, snakes, and insects the usual simple ways to create electric-based creatures.
Seiya and Esdeath took their time to examine the Southern Region of the Empire of what it had to offer as they were busy with their own things but did info gathering about this part of the Empire only going off from Seiya information of that place being a Revolutionary Army hideout building their armies.
The Southern Empire at this time was dealing with their own issues of the Ban Tribe a group of Tribesman not affiliated with the Empire nor the Revolution wishing to be with their own group away with their ways of life.
When arriving in the area of the Southern Region of the Empire Seiya wasn't affected by the natural diseases the area had to offer since his Logia ability would just burn the bacteria to his lighting ability.
As for Esdeath, she was able to use her Grand Chariot to protect her from any diseases whenever they hunt just in case since she is not even immune to the diseases that originate in the area.
Another piece of information that the duo discovered when they searched the area for any Rebels, they also learned that they use the natural terrains and Danger Beasts of the Southern Region to hide away from the Empire as well as use the Tribesmen in the area to avoid trouble or ally.
Either way the both of them managed to find the location of the Rebel Base hiding the Teigu Susanoo is by going through Mt. Farm to bypass the harshness of the terrain of the Southern Region and straight to the Rebel Base storage room.
Seiya had plenty of time looking around while eavesdropping on the people in the different towns or villages in the area since he has the ability to hear their thoughts while Esdeath managed to recognize the faces of people and voices to participate in the fun of hunting people for information.
Currently, Seiya was wearing a plain white shirt, short pants, and shoes as Esdeath was wearing jeans, a blue shirt also wearing a coat covering her, and shoes, as well as they both, go to Mt. Farm getting their newest ally into their ranks while getting recognized soon…
~Seiya POV (10 years old) ~
Sigh…
You know when I thought traveling by foot was fun then instantly flying over the place, I thought I was going to admire the beauty of this place but…
It's boring…
Esdeath seeing my bored expression she soon puffs her face as she says to me, "Told you that you should have simply just flown us over to the mountain instead of walking why would you even think of doing that any way we have enough of walking around the place hunting Danger Beasts?"
Responding to her question I quickly regret my earlier decision now, "Yeah… I thought we could just relax a bit walking but I'm quickly finding that boring the second now."
Esdeath just smirks victoriously at my response but soon asks me in a serious voice, "But still… after you take the Rebels Teigu they are certainly not going to leave us alone after this yes?"
Nodding to her yeah pretty much.
When I take Susanoo with me, I'm pretty much going to piss off a lot of Rebels for stealing from them as well as maybe try to silence us for finding their home base.
Although I can pretty much take care of them, I really don't want to deal with them currently since they are needed to fix this country, not us, I just need what I want that is all.
Seeing the path ahead was filled with rock formations, trees, grass, and a few boulders around the place I was able to sense the small movements around the place.
As we kept on walking forward the place, I made sure to give Esdeath a message through my electricity passing on my thoughts to her via the electrical sound waves in the air, 'Hey Esdeath you noticed that there is a group of people just stalking us in the trees?'
Esdeath looking calm soon replies to my thoughts as she fakes being concerned, 'True these people have only seen us when we entered to this field you think that their revolutionaries or Tribesman?'
Looking around the place and listening to my surroundings I was determining who they were but one of them slip up in their thoughts discussing their goals.
'Damn it looks like we have to be wary of these two.'
'Oh, it's just a duo of kids I guess there was no reason to get prepared, but that program is starting soon…'
'Ok Nudge just keep your eyes on them there is no need to fire just yet…'
'What are two kids doing here? Is the Assassin program starting?'
'We have to be careful here wither they are kids is irrelevant I met your kind before your innocence won't help you…'
Hmm…
Assassin program?
If I think it's what I think it is then I better hurry up and gather info in the Empire for this project and hide in the Gifnora Forest soon, but I have to gather more info first before anything else.
But Nudge is a minor character I know as well he should also wield the Teigu L'Arc Qui Ne Faut a weapon that never misses as long as you know the target's name but can be stopped if something intercepts it.
That weapon is pretty much useless but to me just use my Armament Haki, add a bit of Lighting, a dash of concentrated Quake Bubble, and a hint of soul bounding piercing them once I make it a soul bound weapon, and Bam you get an arrow that kills the soul in one hit… maybe…
Seeing this I just smirked as I explain to Esdeath about my founding, 'Esdeath I found out that the people are Revolutionaries, but they have a guy with a Teigu so I'm just going to steal it never know when it can be handy.'
Esdeath nods her head at me while I just simply pinpoint their directions and with a snap of my fingers…
"RUMBLE!
"RUMBLE!!"
"RUMBLE!!!"
Soon lightning strikes were all pinpointed on all the targets and completely got them all in one attack I made sure to hit them with enough volts to make them enough to be unconscious.
Ending them would be easier but I was planning to change their memories a bit of what happened and erase their memories of us in them don't need any of them getting in our way now.
With that in my mind, I teleported to all the Revolutionaries and changed their memories of what happened as well as erase their last moments of me and Esdeath till I was finally near Nudge as I get his Teigu L'Arc Qui Ne Faut while I smirk at this, "Thank you very much Nudge for your wonderful contribution to my cause."
With that, I quickly finished off what I needed to do as I change his memories, gather information, and soul bound the weapon into my soul as I now have the new weapon of L'Arc Qui Ne Faut.
When I was finally done, I got near to Esdeath again as she asks me, "I guess you got the weapon and information you were wanting my dear?"
Laughing nervously about that yeah, I did but the timetable just increased as well for Akame and Kurome survival testing are soon like a week soon.
Apparently, the news just arrived for them that the Empire are now starting to build an elite unite of assassins from bought orphan kids which means that they are soon going to participate in the survival tests.
Soon enough I reply to Esdeath with a wry smile on my face, "Yeah pretty much I found out we have a week to get the twin sisters before they start the survival testing site soon. We have to get the Gifnora Forest soon so as soon as we get Susanoo the better."
Esdeath nodding her head we soon get to the boulder from getting the information of Nudge brain this was the secret passage to the Rebel Base Storage room as I say over to Esdeath, "Alright Esdeath from this point forward we enter the Rebel Base Storage Room I bet we can find other items but be careful we are entering into enemy territory ok?"
Seeing she nods her head as I open the passage way into the corridor we enter inside a narrow hallway when I go through the hallway I try to remember what Teigu that was with the Revolutionary Army.
I think to myself with a worried tone as if I forgot something important, 'Still I have a feeling I forgot something that would be dangerous here what Teigu's do they have that I forgotten…'
But soon enough we saw the entrance of the door to the storage room of the army but to be surprised to see the door suddenly swung open revealing a lot of people with guns pointed at us as they began to rain down bullets towards us, "Quick fire down the intruders now!"
Oh shit!
