Chương 5: ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

"Why go to Bara's jewelry store?" asked Kinasih in surprise when Barata stopped her car right in front of the jewelry store.

"I've ordered two rings for our proposal and wedding. We can take it now." Barata said smiling as he got out of his car.

"Come on out Kinasih, it'll be late in the afternoon." Barata said again as he opened the door of Kinasih's car.

"I...I don't know Bara, since when did you order it? I think we don't need to wear rings?" said Kinasih with a red face.

"It was a month ago before I dared to say I wanted to propose to you. And I have also prepared for our wedding later." Barata said with a serious face.

"Oh my God Bara, I haven't even thought about when we will get married?" said Kinasih with teary eyes.

"Listen to me Kinasih, I really want to marry you. If after the application, why don't we ratify it all. "Mom, is everything ready?" Kinasih asked her mother.

"Everything's over, what's wrong?" asked Dhatu who didn't talk much when she was with Kinasih. But she always fulfilled all of Kinasih's needs.

"Just want to make sure ma'am, who knows if there's still something missing...can we prepare from now on?" replied Kinasih with a smile.

"Everything is ready, Kinasih. you calm down." Dhatu said while calling someone to take care of other things.

"Thank you ma'am." Kinasih said while looking at the clock in her hand.

"It's three o'clock in the afternoon, in an hour the Barata family will come. And Arya hasn't come yet?" asked Kinasih to herself because Arya had promised to come earlier to help as documentation staff.

"Excuse me, where is Kinasih?" someone in front of the open door.

Kinasih's sweet smile grew because just hearing his voice, Kinasih already knew that it was Arya.

"Arya!! You've come!" Kinasih exclaimed with a happy face.

"Of course my sweet lady must come on time, or else? these beautiful eyes must be bulging and it's very scary." Arya said with a laugh.

"Aryaa you huh! Come on in quickly and prepare everything." Kinasih said with a happy feeling. I don't know when Arya is always laughing and happy.

"What time does the show start, Ay?" Arya asked while preparing his camera equipment.

"Four o'clock, in one hour." replied Kinasih a little nervously.

"You don't see anything from your family Ay? did they not come?" Arya asked a little surprised because in the five years he had known Kinasih, Arya does not know any other Kinasih family.

"From our mother's family we no longer have Ar, from our father's there is but abroad all in Europe. So they haven't been here since Dad's gone," explained Kinasih, who never told her family's origins.

"Oh... it's appropriate that your face looks like a foreigner, it turns out that you are still a descendant of an outsider." Arya teased with a smile.

Kinasih's face turned redder when she heard Arya's joke.

"Ay... the Barata family has come, quickly call your mother." Arya said as he went out to welcome the Barata family who came.

"Where is Kinasih?" Barata asked Arya without a smile.

"Please come in, uncle, aunt." said Arya to Barata's parents.

"Thank you son, you are very friendly. Are you Kinasih's brother?" asked Momy Barata with a smile.

"Not aunt, I'm Kinasih's best friend." Arya replied while nodding his head.

"But your faces are very similar to brothers and sisters," said Barata's mother again while sitting on a large sofa chair.

Arya just giggled while rubbing the nape of his neck that didn't itch.

"What's your name son?" asked Barata's mother after sitting comfortably on the sofa.

"Arya Anggara, Aunty." Arya answered briefly while glancing at Barata who didn't look happy with his presence talking to his parents.

"Oh yeah.. Arya, this is Barata's father, his name is Ihkwan and these two girls are Barata's sisters, her names are Hany and Sari." said his mother Barata who was very friendly.

Arya nodded his head politely greeting Barata's father and two younger sisters.

"Still long, Kinasih called her mother?" asked Mr. Ikhwan, who had been sitting for too long.

"Soon, maybe sir... well, it's Kinasih coming." Arya said with a smile.

Barata raised his face and looked at Kinasih who came out with her mother.

"Her mother is still young, isn't it, Bara? like brother and sister? but her face doesn't look the same at all, maybe Kinasih looks like her father." Barata's mother whispered in Barata's ear.

"His father died a long time ago, Mom." said Barata calmly. His eyes couldn't take his eyes off of Kinasih's face and her mother's face alternately.

Kinasih smiled nodding her face and kissed the back of the hands of both Barata's parents.

Dhatu smiled and greeted Barata's parents, as well as Barata.

Arya looked at the faces of Barata and Dhatu in such a way. Arya saw the tension on both of their faces.
