How big is the position of Royal heirs?
Well, its quite big but as compared to his brother and sisters, Hao Jiazhi has a very small position as he has zero achievements so far
He has no achievement in martial arts training or any literature skills
Though in the span of 6 months he did learn various things, But he learned it from the local teacher's not the teachers appointed by the imperial/royal family
Thus, whatever he has learned so far is not yet known by anyone
So far, the imperial family only knows that Hao Jiazhi has finally started to grow up and showing various movements after all they have spies here and there, around Hao Jiazhi

"Wait, you can't go-.. Sorry My lord" a guard who was trying to stop Hao Jiazhi from entering a place said and bowed his head to him
Where is he right now?
He is in the government office, the place where Governor or the state administrator works
It is not allowed to enter the place for local civilians and because Hao Jiazhi don't have any type of sparky carriage or even a horse, they thought he is a civilian as he and Han Yachun had simple clothes on them
But when he showed them his royal seal/token, they allowed him to enter
Also, those servants that used to disrespect him now no longer disrespect him and wanted to provide assistance in his journey but Hao Jiazhi said no to them
The government office is just 30 minutes away from his house show there was no need to go with a huge crowd
The guards told the governor and other officials working in the office about the arrival of Hao Jiazhi and all of them gave a warm welcome to him
He is royal blood so who on earth would dare to disrespect him, even though he is useless in their eyes but still royal blood is a royal blood
That's how things are in this world
After passing the alley and meeting various officials, finally, Hao Jiazhi and Han Yachun reached a room, the governor's room
The moment he entered the place, A man in dark green-blue drees welcomed him
"Oh Lord Hao Jiazhi, if you had told me that you are coming I would have made some arrangements for you, why bother coming here on foot.
I would have sent a few horses to pick you up" The governor said to him with a smile
His name is Mo Xinyi, the governor of this whole state/Province (Jinmin)
The way he talked to Hao Jiazhi, Hazo Jiazhi made up his mind to make him suffer one day for sure but he is not a person who let emotions control his big dreams, so he stayed silent and just gave a smile
The governor also ogled the beauty by the side of Hao Jiazhi but didn't do anything
He led the way and showed 2 seats to Hao Jiazhi and his companion
After sitting on their seat, the begin the talk
"The main reason for me coming here is because I wanted to see some records of this city and other 2 districts" Hao Jiazhi said to him
Mo Xinyi smiled and said, "I am sorry to say this but these records is not something that can be shown to anyone…"
Hao Jiazhi nodded and said "But I am Hao Jiazhi, 4th son of the emperor... A Royal blood, am I really not eligible to see those records?"
Mo Xinyi just kept his smile and stayed silent for a while
He then said "Royal blood… Yes, you are royal blood and you can see the records, sorry I just forgot that you are the son of an emperor
You know, I got tons of work to do rather than just lazing off every day so, I forget things easily"
In truth, Mo Xinyi wanted to say that you are not royal blood but a stain in the name of royal blood, but he can't say that
Mo Xinyi called his servant and told them to bring the records of the city and other 2 districts
The records are not allowed to be taken home, so Hao Jiazhi has to read it here
What he wanted to know was how many families live in each district and what is the minimum to maximum earning of each person to a merchant
Something that can be read in a few hours as he only has to look at the final number for the families and then just know the numbers showing maximum time to know the earning
The servant brought the books and then he started reading all the records one after another, and because Han Yachun is not royal blood and neither Hao Jiazhi has significant power/connections she can't read the books
It took him around an hour to understand things and finally concluded the final results
"Thank You" Hao Jiazhi said to Mo Xinyi, ready to leave the place
Mo Xinyi, while sitting, said "Please come again"
Then he left the place
Outside-
Hao Jizahi now has all the valuable information he wants to have for his big plan and his next move but still, there is a problem
Those spies around him
Hao Jiazhi could sense eyes/stares from a different place on him, after all, he had been a gang leader in his past life and he could tell by the simple look, who is a cop in disguise
"It's going to be tough" Hao Jiazhi said as he looked around the street
"What?" Han Yachun didn't get what he meant and asked
"nothing lets go home" Hao Jiazhi said and left the place
