She closed the first aid kit and used his dress shirt to tie the both of them together once more.

"Get some sleep," he spoke up.

"En. Wake me up if you're tired." She was truly too exhausted. She wrapped her limbs around him like a koala and leaned against his shoulder, quickly falling asleep.

He lowered his head and took in her stunning features. There was a heavy shadow beneath her eyes. His heart was aching deeply for her and it felt as though it was bleeding.

He was intelligent and understood that she had endured two days and two nights of wakefulness to keep the both of them from drowning.

Although they were floating amidst the ocean, as he took in her stunning features and felt her limbs wrapped around him, his heart rippled and his body responded.

However, this wasn't the appropriate time for such matters.

She slept deeply and gradually loosened her grip around him, floating close by.
