The drive to the Grigori headquarters was not too short neither too long, giving us a chance to take in the sights and sounds of Tokyo. The city was vibrant and alive, a stark contrast to the more isolated and controlled environment of the Underworld.
After about half an hour drive, the car entered a massive, fortified building complex that exuded an air of both sophistication and security near the suburbs.
"We're here. Let's get off."
Penemune-san said and then we get off of the SUV.
"Follow me."
Then we were escorted inside by Penemune-san, who led us through a series of security checks until we entered into a spacious meeting room.
And as inside that room, we saw a man with black-blonde hair sitting on a chair with a relaxed air watching some news while snacking peanuts as if he's just a common uncle. But behind that, he also exuding an air of authority.
And not too away from him was a boy with silver hair who seems as same age as me with casual clothes and muffler on his neck sitting with his hands on his chest and closed eyes.
And when the others and I entered the room, the man turned his head to us.
"Hm? .... Heya~. Rey, long time no see!"
The man said with a wide smile. His eyes sparkled with recognition of me.
"Long time no see, Governor Azazel. It's been two years."
I said and smiled to him as we arrived in front of him.
"It seems you're more reserved than before! Just take it easy, boy! Hahaha."
He said and ruffled my hair for a second.
I shrugged at his words because I was just trying to be polite.
Governor Azazel then stood up and turned to the others and Lavinia, greeting them with equal warmth.
"Long time no see too, Lady Scathach, Sakuya."
He smilingly greeted Scathach-sama and Sakuya-san who also familiar to him and spent some time at his Lab with me.
Scathach-sama replied his greetings just with a little nod while Sakuya-san gave him a perfect maid greetings.
"Long time no see too, Azazel-sama."
Governor Azazel nodded slightly as if acknowledged Sakuya-san's greetings and then turned to Kulshedra-san.
"And if I'm not wrong, you must be Lady Kulshedra. Nice to meet you and welcome, Lady."
Governor Azazel gave a slightly more respectful greetings and extended his hand to Kulshedra-san because it's the first time they met and because I'm sure he already heard reports about her unusual facts from Penemune-san when she was with us to oversee us.
"Kukuku.... Thank you. You don't need to wary of me, you know~. I won't destroy this world or something."
Kulshedra-san chuckled and shook Governor Azazel's hand.
Governor Azazel laughed wryly at Kulshedra-san's little joke and then they ended their greetings.
And then he turned to Lavinia and extended his hand.
"And you must be Lavinia Reni. I've heard few things about you from Mephisto before."
Lavinia shook his hand with a smile.
"Nice to meet you, Governor Azazel. I'm honored to be here."
Governor Azazel nodded slightly to her.
"Yeah. Please sit, everyone."
He gestured to us to sit.
And after we all including Penemune-san and himself sat, he then turned his head to the silver-haired boy who still silently sat with closed eyes.
"Hey, Vali! Come here and introduce yourself!"
Governor Azazel said to the boy.
The boy then slowly opened his eyes and leered at us.
"Hmph."
The boy just hmphed shortly and leered at us but full of confidence or even a bit of arrogance. He didn't even stood up or moved his hands.
Governor Azazel facepalmed himself at the boy's act.
"I'm sorry. He always like that to anyone."
He said with a bit wry laugh to us and especially hoping that Scathach-sama and Kulshedra-san didn't feel offended by the boy's rudeness.
"Let me introduce him.... He is Vali Lucifer. a half-blood Devil like Rey. Vali is the current owner of Longinus «Divine Dividing». It hosts the soul and abilities of one of the only two Heavenly Dragons, Albion Gwyber."
I see....
So he's the other Longinus user who's mentioned by Mephisto-jiisama before.
«Divine Dividing» or [White Dragon Emperor's Light Wings]. I heard it is as Governor Azazel said where it hosts the soul of one of the Heavenly Dragons, White Dragon Emperor Albion Gwyber. And it has the basic ability of just like the name, Divide, which is to half the power of its target every ten seconds after coming into contact with the user. The halved powers are then claimed by the user as their own powers. And if the added power exceeds the amount that the user can safely contain, the excess energy is then expelled out through the wings, which allows the user to always be at their highest potential.
And also, he's a half-blood Devil just like me and has Lucifer in his name.
But I don't think the Lucifer here is the Lucifer title which is now held by one of the Devil Kings, Sirzechs Lucifer. So it means the Lucifer in his name is from the true Lucifer Family which was the former Master of my then Rofocale Family and Grayfia-san's Lucifuge Family.
"Heavenly Dragon, huh.... Kukuku."
Kulshedra-san suddenly said and chuckled.

Kulshedra-san smirked a bit while looking at the boy, Vali.
And I know that if she acts like that, then it means she's interested to something or she'll do something mischievous.... Or even both.
"Uhh.... Kulshedra-san. What do you want to do?"
I asked her a bit worriedly.
"Nothing. Just relaxing myself a bit."
She replied with a smile.
And even though she said nothing, I suurrrreeeely won't believe it.
The others from my family also seemingly doesn't believe her words either.
Only Lavinia who looks innocently confused.
"Mmmhhh~...."
Kulshedra-san stretches her arms as if she's just woke up from sleep.
But then....
*crack*
I saw the table cracked and suddenly felt a heavy pressure pressed upon us.
You called this just relaxing yourself a bit?
You clearly intentionally released a really tiny, miniscule, small bit of your power, Kulshedra-saaannnnn!!!!!!
"Boy, were the Dragon inside you never teaches you about manners?"
Kulshedra-san said with a bit cold and condescending tone and expression to Vali.
"Kuh! Who are you!?"
Vali asked surprisedly with his head and torso bowed down under the pressure.
"Who am I? Kukuku.... Why don't you ask him?"
Kulshedra-san said and I know the one she meant was the soul of the White Dragon Emperor in Vali's Sacred Gear.
"Kuh!"
Vali looks more pressured than before till he couldn't even raised his head even though he's trying to.
'I see.... So you're the one from that time....'
Suddenly we heard an unknown voice echoing slightly from Vali's direction.
But surely it's not Vali's voice. So I'm sure it's voice of the White Dragon Emperor Albion.
And what he meant by '... the one from that time', was surely when Kulshedra-san just got summoned and arrived in this world.
I remembered that at that time, Tiamat-san and Tannin-san said that surely the other alive High and Strong Dragons felt Kulshedra-san's aura when she just got summoned and haven't hid her aura.
"Albion, you woke up? Do you know her?"
Vali conversing with the Dragon inside him.
'Yes and No.... I don't know who she is. But she's surely a Dragon and a few years ago I felt her aura for a slight moment.'
"Why did you never told me?"
'Because I wasn't sure.... But I have to warn you, Vali. She's stronger than me or the Red one.'
"What!? Do you mean she's....!?"
'No. She is not the Infinity Dragon Ophis neither The Dragon of Dreams Great Red.'
"Then who...."
'I don't know. And that's why I was confused when I felt her aura few years ago."
Their conversation stopped at that, and I feel pity for the boy a bit because he clearly won't be able to hold the pressure from Kulshedra-san for much longer because she clearly intentionally directed her aura mainly to him.
"Uhh.... Kulshedra-san, I think it's enough."
I said and sighed a little.
"Yes, Lady Kulshedra. I know that the boy a bit rude, but I think you have punished him enough for that."
Governor Azazel also said with a bit worried tone and expression.

The White Dragon also voiced his words.
And then Vali also followed.

And actually we didn't really tired or hungry because we already rested enough and quite comfortably on the plane. But I guess I know that he just trying to cool off the little tension.

After Penemune brought Rey and the others left the room, Vali finally lifted his head.
Then he looked at Azazel with a bit frown as if he just felt a bit vexed from losing.
"Azazel, who's that woman actually?"
Vali asked with his hands on the table and clenched tightly.
'I want to know too. I'm sure she's at least on par with Ophis and Great Red, or even the Forbidden Beast. But I truly don't know who she is even though she's a Dragon."
Albion also asked his curiosity.
"...."
Azazel just keep silent.
But not long after he sighed deeply.
"Haahh~.... I'm sorry, but I can't tell you."
Azazel said while shrugged his shoulders.
"Vali, I know you feel irritated, but you better not act recklessly. If you want to fight just for the experience and learning, I'm sure Rey or even them won't refuse you.... But, never, seriously don't ever try to ignite their wrath. Because if they truly berserk, it's no longer your own problem, but all this world."
Azazel looked at Vali with sharp expression and seriously warned him.
And Vali frowned even deeper at that words because all this time since he knew Azazel, he felt that this is the first time Azazel seriously warned him about something.
