Chương 45: Chapter 45

When I opened my eyes, the first thing that I felt was my body being hugged by three gorgeous women, who were using my body as their pillow.

Some minutes later after I was done thinking about what I should do to improve the town and make a better place for the people living here and at the same time maybe even creating some sort of sanctuary for some of the supernatural beings that are hunted because of their races or their powers.

While having huge amounts of money wasn't a problem for me,I still need to make or find a new way of earning money, because I'm pretty sure that it will strange if a pub owner could pull off huge amounts of money to build this around the town and while I wasn't fearing the normal people, the supernatural may interfere for whatever reason.

As much as I would have loved to stay in the bed with them hugging my body, someone thought that it will be so nice to bother me in the morning.

Slightly moving my head towards the door, I saw Sebastian slowly opening the door and when he saw me in the bed with my girlfriends he didn't even flinch. Sometimes his ever-smiling face gives me goosebumps and right now, I was feeling as if he was a mother, that caught her son doing something bad.

Sebastian walked a meter in the room before he respectfully bowed to me.

"Good morning master, I hope I didn't disrupt your pleasant time, but right now we have quite a strange situation that needs your immediate presence."

"What situation needs my presence in the fucking morning, Sebastian?"

"The devils, master. The head maid from the Gremory family has come to meet you. She briefly told me that it's about the two heiresses that will take the duties from Lady Cleria."

Letting out a sigh, I decided to use a ghost to get out of my bed and follow Sebastian to meet Grayfia.

While it would be normal for someone to change his clothes when he or she is meeting someone important, I was far from normal, at least in my books, so after leaving the room, I followed Sebastian downstairs in a pair of shorts …

When Cleria saw me, I could see her face showing a tiny bit of anger and displeasure, most likely because I wasn't propyl clothed for this meeting.

Seeing her face, I decided to play the big bad wolf role, once again, and of course, take the high ground in whatever proposes she may have come here to talk with me personally.

"What's with that look, miss maid? Or should I remind you that this is my home and I'm not forced to wear formal clothes, not to mention that it's fucking six in the morning? I was sleeping for God's sake, Miss."

Hearing my words, she quickly replaced her displeased expression with one of guilt which made me wonder if she's a really good actor or she's really sorry for being disrespectful to the person in whose house she was in.

"I'm sorry for reacting in that way, Yoshida-sama, but you also need to remember that I'm from a noble house, and as the head maid and the wife of a Maou I was expecting a somewhat better welcome from you, sir."

"Well, Grayfia-san, I don't remember inviting you or anyone as a matter of fact or even getting a letter or message from you guys informing me of your upcoming visit to my humble home. So I have all the rights to refuse meeting you if I would have been some arrogant prick like someone we all know."

That subtly low blow was my revenge for waking me up so early in the morning.

"I understand, Yoshida-sama. I'm sorry for implying that you are the same as some of the high-class devils. I hope you can understand why I react that way.

"Yeah, yeah. Don't worry about that, now tell me why did you have to wake me up so early in the morning? And why didn't you talk with Sebastian about whatever the reason is about."

"As you already know, Lady Cleria Belial will be released from her duties as the ruler of this town and its surroundings, and in her place, we will send Miss Rias Gremory, heiress of the Gremory family (clan), and Miss Sona Sitri, heiress of the Sitri family (clan). So as her aunt and head maid of the Gremory family, I was sent here to meet you in person and see if the town is in good hands until both of them will come here to continue their studies and at the same time take care of the town."

"Funny, you say that, Grayfia-san. This town isn't your territory at all and from what my people have found its actually the territory of the Youkais faction which also mean that the Shinto Gods are the real owners and in conclusion, you guys are renting the place, but don't worry, Sebastian here will give you all of the documents and reports that Cleria have made over the past five years. I hope you will enjoy your time here, Maid-san."

Meanwhile, Sebastian was enjoying the mental torture that I was working on the Grayfia and when he heard me mentioning the documents and reports, his power smiling face morphed into a sadistic smile before he quickly left to bring those documents here for Grayfia to look over them.

Leaving her in the room to wait for Sebastian, I decided to try and meet Vali and see if he joined the Khaos Brigade or if that would happen at a later date, after all from what Sebastian has told me, Vali was already a terrorist in my original time-period or at least that what Sebastian has found about him.

But before I could leave the room, Grayfia called my name.

"Yoshida-sama, there's another matter that requires your presence, of course, if you agree to it, after all, you are an important person to the Gremory family."

Trying to sweet talk me, Miss? That won't work on me, but let's hear what she wants to say.

"I'm listening, Maid-san."

"I don't know if your people have found this information yet or not, but our young lady is the fiancée of the third son from the Phenex family and like her future husband, Riser Phenex will come here to see where his future wife will work and my husband, Sirzechs was hoping you could accompany Riser while his here. Of course, as a reward for accompanying him, we will pay you two bottles of Phoenix tears and after a lot of careful thinking we, together with Phenex and the Sitri clan decided to invite you into the monster forest where you could contract a familiar."

I wasn't expecting that. On one hand, the rewards sound very tempting, but on the other hand, I may or may not have to be a guide and bodyguard to a possible guy infected with the young master syndrome.

Who cares anyway, in the worst-case scenario, I will kill him and put him in my inventory while using the most universal reason: I was preoccupied with a date with miss WC after eating a burrito which will unsuspecting me from killing him.

"You win, Grayfia-san. I will accompany him while he's looking around the town, but I want the reward first or at least half of it before I will accept or the deal's off."

"I understand, Yoshida-sama. I will inform my husband about that and when Riser-sama arrives in the town, I will personally hand you the Phoenix tears to you, sir."

"Good, then see you later."
