Chương 29: 28. Old man agreed

After listening to her , Mr. Ankush , although knew she was trying to persuade him just in opposite way , but agreed with her.

He should fight for his life , for his beloved .

She continued, "You already know if something happened to you , your family will suffer the most . Can you bear to see your beautiful wife's face stained tears all because of you ? Can you imagine how devastating it will be for your son? Are you aware what your decision about not doing the surgery had done to them ? How heartbroken are they ? They are blaming themselves for their lack of power to convince you ." She spoke each word clearly and sharply . Though it rude way to say it but still it was truth .

Old man finally laughed ,"You did good job , young lady . You just pointed out what I can't bear to think much less experience . So , you convinced me . I will do it . "

"Make sure, if something goes wrong ,you will handle my wife and that ungrateful brat of son and also my daughter. Please tell them I love them ."

D smiled delightfully , "Don't worry Mr. Ankush , nothing will happen to you . Trust me ,I'm good at what I do . You can tell them yourself then ."

Mr. Ankush replied,"Just call me uncle , young lady . Surely that friend of mine has found s gem . "

D just laughed . She excused herself and then went out of the office .

There they were , waiting anxiously for her . Just as she stepped out of the office , Shounak came running to her , he was truly a great son , demanding,"You can't cancel the surgery , no matter what that old man had said ." His tone was cold and demanding yet tinged with anxiety and worry .

His mother also pleaded ,"Don't listen to whatever gibberish that old man had said ,young lady. We will proceed with the surgery. "

They didn't give her the chance to speak until professor Kapoor interrupted, "You both ,first listen to her ."
