With the Mrs. having returned, the other servants who had been sent home on leave were asked to return as well and the mansion became as lively as it had been before. The same number of the people had returned, except Aines had replaced Deus as the current man of the house. The first day the boy had arrived in Aberdeen, he had wandered off and ended up at the Dixon's Residence in search of relief for his dear sister, but he got so far as to prove that Histoire was pregnant instead. He had no reason not to believe that was true and, quite frankly, he had taken a liking to her.
