After a long and tiring journey, Jack and Anne finally arrived at the hotel where they would spend the next week. There was a baby bassinet in their bedroom, as Anne had requested before.
"We've finally arrived. We'd better have dinner in our room, Jack. I don't feel like going down to the restaurant," said Anne quietly when she entered their room which was on the top floor.
Jack smiled. "Okay, I'll have them prepare dinner in the room."
"Thank you."
"It's an easy matter dear, you don't need to thank me."
Anne pursed her lips. As the two hotel clerks who brought their belongings left their room, Anne rushed to the bathroom to bathe Asher. Anne couldn't bear to let Asher sleep unwashed.
When Anne was in the bathroom with Asher, who sounded very happy when he was bathed, Jack got a call from Asher's grandparents in the village.
