Chương 88: Phonecalls.

The three of them were heading back to their apartment at the moment, their stomachs were filled up. Everywhere was already getting dark bit by bit, it was almost close to complete nighttime. Mark's mood was still the same, it hadn't gotten any better.

"You didn't like the comments those people were making about Darcy right?". Ben inquired of Mark, they were already getting close to the building of their apartment.

"Yeah, it was getting to me badly, they kept on talking about her being signed to the 'Cool Boiz' label not knowing that another artiste signed to that label was sitting right in their midst. The nice comments and accolades they were bestowing her were making me remember my plight as an artiste. It made me remember that she wasn't even nice to me though we were signed to the same record label, she wasn't even trying to get along with me. Not to talk of the taunting words she said to me on phone call not long before our travel".
