Chương 10: Scolding ice queen and confession

Vergil Pov
Vegil: I just found summer rose. I mean i knew she might be alive but still wow, but what was that island temple she was on there's no way that was just a temple more like a god dam fortress. Hmmm I can't and go rescue her myself since since i don't have enough information i might not be able to get in and leave. Once i make it to rank S and get team RWBY strong enough to fight most grimm and Huntsman/Huntresses with out much help thats when I'll make a rescue plan. Ohh I can also get Team STRQ back in order because im pretty sure summer was the glue holding that team together. Speaking of which I gotta find raven, since this isn't exactly like the cannon raven might not be a complete and total quack of a mother and might have a reason for leaving. Dam why is it that RWBY is made out of girls with emotional baggage. Jarvis send a small drone to look for raven but don't make contact, just get and keep a visual of her. While your at it send another drone to that temple but try an underwater approach and get me an echo map of it.
Jarvis: Sending drones now sir.
Vergil: Ugh now to go back to beacon and scold elsa.
Timeskip beacon dorms
I'm walking in the hallway when i finally reach RWBY's dorm to hear.
Weiss: I don't understand whats your problem.
Blake: Your're my problem!
Wiess: You realize your're defending an organization who hates humanity, don't you? The faunus of the White Fang are pure.
Blake: There's no such thing as "pure evil" Why do you think they hate humanity so much? It's because of people like cardin, people like you that force the white fang to take such drastic measures!
Weiss: People like me??
Blake: You're discriminatory!
Weiss: I'm a victim!
She snapped. The room was silent.
Weiss: You want to know 'why' I despise the white fang? Why I don't particularly trust faunus? It's because they've been at war with my family for years. War. As in actual bloodshed. They killed many people trying to join or company. My grandfathers company has had a target painted on it's back for years because of the white fang! As long as i can remember from my childhood i've seen family, friends even servants vanish because of the white fang. Every day my father would come home furious, and hit my mom making her fall into heavy drinking.
I heard a bang pretty sure weiss threw something at the wall. Dam even i didn't know it was that bad.
Ruby: Weiss, I..
Weiss: NO! you want to know why I despise the white fang! It's because their a bunch of Liars! Thieves! and Murderers!
Blake: Well maybe we were just tired of being pushed around!!!
Everyone was shocked at what she said, then blake realized the secrets out and ran out. Thats when she saw me
Blake: Vergil I....
Vergil: It's okay I know go im sure you need time just know your wont hate you, even weiss if given time.
She nods and was about to run but suddenly turns around and hugs me i was surprised but i hugged her back.
Blake: Thank you for understanding.
Then she released me and ran away. Ruby runs threw the door next.
Ruby: Blake! Wait! Come back!
Vergil: Let her go ruby.
The three girls were stunned to see me here.
Yang: How long have you been there?
Vergil The whole time you do realize these walls are extremely thin right? Anyway looks like we need to talk ice queen.
Weiss: About what, how blake has been lying to all of us this whole time.
Vergil: And how has she lied?
Weiss: You heard her she's apart of the white fang and a faunus this whole time! Wow right under our noses.
Yang: She didn't say she was apart of the white fang!
Ruby: Yeah she just said she was a faunus.
Weiss: Then what was that huh! the innocent never run!
Vergil: She ran because shes scared of what her friends might think of her since you know she's a faunus, You know since you hate faunus minus yang and ruby of course.
Everyone was shocked of what i said.
Weiss: HOW DARE YOU! I don't hate faunus just the white fang!
Vergil: Thats a lie and you know it!
I slam the wall and cracks appear. Weiss and ruby got scared and jumped back a bit. I take a deep breath and calm down.
Vergil: *sigh* Look if you don't hate faunus then you unconsciously bad mouth them. You call them dirty or a liar, murder really the list goes on. Do you understand how hard it is being a faunus not just you but the majority of kingdom treats them lower than garbage. At school cardin made fun and beat them, don't you remember at lunch when he was pulling on velvet ears and you all just sat there watching and not doing anything. She was probably going to continue cry and getting beat if i didn't save her. Imagine if blake told you she was a faunus then that would have been her and who would help.
Yang: I would have she's my friend i'd protect her!
Ruby: Yeah I don't care if she's a faunus she's still blake!
Vergil: I know you two would help and not care but she doseen't know that since in her life humans never helped her plus no one helped velvet but me. And weiss you never my question would you help her?
Weiss: I-I don't know any more.
Her head down while ruby and yang looked sad and mad.
Ruby: How could you say that she's been with us since the beginning and were all friends.
Yang: She has always helped us.
Vergil: Now Now lets take a breath and a step back. I get it I really do. Your're childhood was a mess because of the white fang and they killed alot of people close to you. You've had a hard life but that doesn't give you the right to curse every faunus. They have had hard lives too! Not all faunus are bad blake and velvet are a great example of that and if you didn't know originally the White Fang were a peaceful protest group but someone else took over the group and changed it into the group they are now.
Weiss was shocked at this new found information i was laying on her. Then i decided to shock her whole world. I grabbed my scroll and called jarvis.
Vergil: Your grandfathers company was great butb ever since your dad took over it has become shit. Your dad is responsible for many terrible and illegal acts towards faunus! Jarvis bring up Jacques schnee illegal acts and dust mine.
Jarvis: Yes sir.
My scroll brings a holo screen and points it at the wall, showing all of Jacques crimes and acts towards the faunus. Making them work in his dust mines for no pay, starving them, beating them and even kidnapping them from Menagerie. And many more.
The three girls shocked and disgusted with his acts. Weiss clenches her fists.
Weiss: I-I-I didn't know father did that!
Her voice cracking as tears fall down her face.
Weiss: It all makes since now, why they always target us and killed my family it;s all because of him DAM HIM! He's the reason for all this bloodshed!!!
Yang and Ruby go to her and hug her calming her down.
Ruby: It's okay weiss your not him and now that you know you can start to make a difference.
Yang: yeah now you can try to clean up his act and bring back honor to your family name.
Weiss: Yeah you guys are right im sorry.
Vergil: Good your taking the first step but you need to find and apologize to blake.
Weiss: Of course I need to get my friend back.
Ruby: We all do!
Yang: Yeah lets go find her!
They all run out to look for blake. Ruby stops and looks at me.
Ruby: You coming vergil?
Vergil: I'll catch up but right now this a team RWBY thing.
Ruby nods and waves goodbye chasing her team.
Vergil: Huh well at least blake should change from now on. I think they'll all get closer. Ima go watch them fight on the raza it's better for them not rely on me for everything.
Timeskip
Raza cockpit
I'm sitting in my captain's chair watching ruby, penny, blake and sun fighting the white fang at he docks.
Blake Pov
Me, sun and ruby were on the roof watching the white fang coming out a bullhead.
Blake: Oh No!
Sun: Is that them?
Blake: *sadly* Yes. Thats them.
More white fang exit the bull head.
Wf: Alright grab the tow cables.
Sun: You really didn't know it was them behind this did you?
Blake: no i think i did know deep down, but just didn't want to admit it.
Roman: Hey whats the hold up!?
Suddenly roman exited the bullhead and blake was surprised to see him.
Ruby: Why are you so shocked black he is a bad guy?
Blake: It's because the white fang would never work with a human especially not one like-
Sun: Wait! what are those?
Me and ruby stood up and looked in the direction sun had pointed out to see roman lining up a fire squad on innocent bystanders.
Blake: NOOO!
I jump and run towards them.
Ruby Pov
I just saw blake running towards roman i turn to sun.
Ruby: Go after her ill stay up here and snipe!
Sun: You dont have to tell me twice.
And sun runs to follow her. I have crescent rose in sniper form and take a deep breath. I start to remember what glynda said during one of her combat classes.
flashback
Glynda: This is the week you all can join the guild and start you quests but before you do i must tell you all some thing.
The room goes quiet everybody sensing that she's about to say something serious.
Glynda: As Huntsman and Huntresses you will go across the globe doing quest staring form killing grim to rescuing people, But thats just the bright side of the job nobody but hunters know the true beauty and ugly side to this job. One day you may have to kill and no not grimm but faunus and humans alike. We Hunters go out and catch criminals kill grimm and even join the police in some operations. But one day you will come across kill jobs which as i just said means to kill your target not capture alive but kill, I know your all young but sadly its the job you chose from this moment on us teachers can't always be with you. On your missions your either on your own or with your team. If anyone can't handle the thought of killing other people now is the time to leave i won't judge you.
I look around the classroom to find our original class of 40 drop down to 20. I stay because i already knew how dangerous this job is. My mom is already gone cause of this job and before i even joined beacon my dad warned me and wanted me to choose a different school he didn't want me to become a Huntress and potentially lose me like he lost mom but he saw the look in my eye and said it was the same look mom had. So he let me go and called uncle qrow to help train me. I may act naive and clueless sometimes but i know the dangers of this job and i will become a huntress and save all those precious to me just like mom did. Vergil once told me, Violence is an endless cycle. You kill someone than that person family tries and kill you out of revenge just so my family can kill him. Violence is an endless cycle of bloodshed but if you can still find your humanity in those you killed, if you can kill a person and still feel bad about that kill. If you can understand that it was necessary that proves your strong. To not let the guilt eat you, To understand what your doing is making someones life better than at that moment your cycle has broken and you find it that your not killing out revenge but for a better future.
Flashback end
I understand what he meant now. If i don't kill the ones holding there guns those bystanders will die. I'm not killing for revenge, i'm not killing just to kill but i'm killing to save them. I aim crescent rose and lock on to a white fang member waiting for blake and sun's signal.
Blake pov
I was running to roman and the white fang.
Roman: On my mark fire.
Blake: HEY! why are you working with the white fang!
He turns to me.
Roman: Hey black i would say it's nice to see you but i'd be lying.
Roman then turns around and waves a group of white fang to me and sun.
Roman: Deal with them.
When they charge at me. I use a clone and back flip away from them.
WF: What the.....
He didnt get a chance to finish as I already stabed him in his stomach.
WF: UGH
Sun jumps of my back and uses his staff and beats another one head. In the corner of my eye i see the firing squad about to shoot, I wave my hand into the air signalling ruby.
Ruby pov
I see the signal and aim at one members head then fire all i see is head chunks i cock back my gun and shoot another one and another one. The bystanders scream and run away while the rest of the white fang are scared seeing some of there own die. I suddenly hear an engine roar to see three bull heads pull up opening their side doors reviling white fang using mini guns but before they fire i see penny a strange friend of mine jump right in front of me.
Ruby: Penny! what are you doing get out of here before you get hurt!
Penny: Don't worry ruby im combat ready.
I was about to ask something when i see penny back open and 8 green swords come out floating
Ruby: Wha-
Penny the shoots both her arms forward. I see her sowrd form a circle and charging a beam.
Penny: FIRE!!!
A large green beam goes through the two bullheads and about to hit the third but it dodges.
Penny: I told you I was combat ready!
Ruby: That. Was. Awesome
Before i can continue my squeal i see roman hoping on to the last bullhead getting away
Penny: You must leave before the atlas military comes around.
Ruby: What about you?
Penny: They won't hurt me because im with them now go!
I sight and just call blake to meet me at the dorm.
Vergil pov
I watched everything play out infront of me shocked. Not only did the white fang almost kill innocents but ruby actually head shot all of them. I knew this is not the cannon but im surprised ruby had in her to kill. Wait this should be her first time killing she'll be a mess i know i was when i got a quest to kill for the first time. I need back to beacon asap. I grab control levers and start speeding to beacon so i can be there for ruby.
Timeskip
By the time I got to Team Rwbys dorm i open the door to see them all hugging a crying blake. I see ruby smiling happily, I guess she doesn't need me after all i smile and head to my room.
Later in that night around 3:00 am i hear my room door knocked. I'm tired but I go to answer it. When i open the door I find ruby in her pajames. shes wearing a black crop top with some pink shorts with hearts on them. Maybe to short I can see her ass cheeks. I bring her inside before someone else can see her. When I look at her face her eyes are puffy and her hands are shacking.
Vergil: Ruby whats wrong?
Ruby: I-I-I
She can't speak so i just pick her up and bring her to my bed, i sit her down on my lap and hug her. No words are spoken before she just hugs me back tight and cries on my chest. After 10 minutes of crying she calms down as I rub her back.
Ruby: I killed someone for the first time today, I thought I was fine because I knew it was them or innocents but at the same time I took someones life and I know it had to be done but I still feel bad. I could have gone to yang but I dont know why but i feel so calm when im around you.
I smirk at that and kiss her forehead.
Vergil: I know it sounds bad but I'm glad you feel like this.
Ruby: Wha-
Vergil: Ruby your human and you killed today of course you feel bad but as long as you don't start to feel nothing it's fine. Today might be the first of many but remember no matter what you do or where you go I'll always be there for you weather you need a shoulder to cry, go to battle with you or even go to the bakery and buying out all there cookies.
Ruby laughs.
Ruby: But why would you go so far for me, I know were friends but your going above and beyond.
I start to have a serious look on my face
Vergil: Maybe it's because I don't want to be just your friend.
Ruby: Hmmm
She has a knowing smirk on her face.
Vergil: Since the day I day i met you at that dust shop, our first battle, to calling out weiss yelling at you, to protecting you during the initiation. All these actions I took was because Ruby Rose...
I look down at her face while she looks up at mine
Vergil: I Love You. I always have and always will. You always try to bring a smile on my face, your so funny yet serious when the time comes. You have a crazy cookie and gun fetish but I think that's apart of your charm. When ever I'm down you always know what to say, I just feel as if theres some type of connection between us you know and every moment i spend with you just makes this connection stronger. If your a rose then I want to be the thorns that protect you, If your a gun then i want to be the bullets, If you need a blade then I'll be that blade.
Ruby has a look of astonishment on her face then she suddenly starts to tear up. I wipe her tears off her face before i could ask what wrong she says.
Ruby: Vergil since the day I met you i knew there was something special about you. It wasn't your looks or your aura no it was your presence. I don't know why but your presence filled the room but it was like no one else felt it but me. You always save me, talk to me, and accept that im a gun nut. You even find it cute. Usually I don't like being around guys since they always look at me with lust. I'm not like yang who like a little attention so i usually ignore them. Jaune is an exception since he ignores me and looks at weiss but you, you focus on me and when I see the way you look at me I see love, and adoration for me not just lusting for my body. Then I started to get to know you, your're wise yet stupid, brave yet scared, a cold warrior yet a loving friend. Silvers D Vergil I Love You Too.
She smiles at me while i have a blush on my face.
Outside the moon suddenly turns into a bright silver light shining in on my room. The light was blinding yet me and ruby don't notice. It shines down on us.
Ruby pov
I look up at vergil holding me I see his hair blowing from the wind coming form his open window. I see his hair shining in the dark like a beacon then I look to his eyes, oh his silver eyes it's like he sees right through me but when I look at them I can't look away. I see all the love he has for me in his eyes.
Vergil pov
As I look down at ruby in my lap the moon light shines in kissing her pale skin. I see her black red hair swaying in the wind and her small lips nearing closer to mine. I stare at her eyes while moving down and all I can see is her love for me. It's at this moment i truly feel as I belong in this world.
Nobody pov
Vergil and Ruby are moving closer to each other so close that the can feel each others breath than as if time stops. They both say nothing but there eyes say everything they need. When their lips are finally in front of each other they kiss.....
And at that moment the silver moon shines brighter and their eyes shine too. They don't know it because their eyes are closed focusing on their kiss. They intertwined their hands and pull closer. On vergil's back a giant silver rose tattoo appears with two swords crossing it, the swords look like yamato. They same symbol appears on ruby's stomach. Then the blinding moon light stops and the moon turns back to white while ruby's and vergil's eyes stop shining. Their kiss starting to end. They split apart as a line of saliva comes.
Ruby/Vergil: Wow
Vergil: I love you Ruby Rose
Ruby: And I love you Vergil Slivers
Then both smile giving a quick peak on the lips and lay down in bed with out a care in the world.
The Raza Library
In the library theres a book on they shelf shining silver. Its the book god gave vergil on how to use the sliver eyed warrior bloodline. Vergil only could see the first page the rest of the book was empty. Suddenly the book frees its self from the shelf and opens to the second page silver words start to appear and it's showing a new ability. It says Silvers Bond.
At the edge of vale welcome sign
We see a man riding a motorcycle. The man has white skin and hair along with silver eyes.
He's wearing a red over coat, blue shirt, black combat pants and boots. On his back is a massive sword with a heavy double-edged blade, notched on both sides near the tip with a skull guard. He's riding into vale on black motorcycle with barbed blades in the front tire has a monster type body and near the handle bars is two horns sticking to the front. The white hair man slides and stops at the vale gate and looks up to the moon.
???: Vale im finally here brother I can't wait to meet you I though I had no family left.
He smiles and rides in.
