She actually wanted to say that directly but Elena didn't want to be embarrassed by saying that in front of some of the shop assistants who served them.

 "We can adjust the size according to customer requests. So, if the dress is too long for you, we can change it to suit the length you want." Said the shop assistant who was much older than the other two waitresses.

 "Really? Well then. You can tell me what you want about which parts to change." Said Diego who now turned his gaze towards Elena. The woman came over and whispered in Diego's ear.

 "But, this dress is too expensive. We can choose something else, which is much cheaper."

 "It's okay. Our marriage only happens once in life and I want to give you the best. So don't worry and just tell me which part you want to change."

 "But darling!" Elena still wanted to protest, but Diego's hand that patted and gently rubbed her head made her speechless.

 "Don't worry about anything."
