Mrs. Ye looked at Ye Fanxing, wishing she could slap her to her senses, "What are you babbling about?"
"I'm not babbling. You want me to get married, right? I'm married. But, not to him." Ye Fanxing glanced at Chen Wei, "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm a lazy person. I don't want to do housework or raise children at home. You should find someone else."
Ye Fanxing was forthright; she knew if she didn't make it clear, her mother wouldn't give up.
Chen Wei was becoming frantic, no longer able to maintain his gentlemanly composure, "Your mother previously agreed to this, now she's going back on her word. Are you tricking me?"
He originally thought Ye Fanxing was already his wife, Mrs. Ye had even accepted the gifts. Unexpectedly, things had taken a drastic turn.
"She's the one who agreed, not me," Ye Fanxing retorted.
"Ye Fanxing!" Mrs. Ye was close to going mad with anger.
She never thought Ye Fanxing would have the gall to say such insolent things.
