"The answer to that is proper planning and hard work."
"Is that it?"
"Yes, that is it, and if you are thinking that the solution is so simple, it must be false that you are wrong. Proper planning and hard work are what made me what I am today.
You might think that you are working hard and still not getting the results. Then I will tell you to think again. How many hours, minutes, and seconds are you fully committed to working hard."
"Thanks for your helpful advice. Now, can you tell us what you are currently planning to do?"
"Oh, as of right now, I am trying to form a mercenary team and get it registered."
"Oh, since most of the viewers don't know what a mercenary team is, can you give us a brief description?"
Axel nodded and said, "The league is mainly responsible for the tide battle but sometimes, it might also be too much for the league. At that time the help of a mercenary group is needed.
So, how can one establish a mercenary team, and how easy it is to do it? Now, establishing the mercenary team is not very easy. There are only a handful of mercenary teams in the whole wide world and they have huge amounts of power and wealth.
First of all, you will get your team approved with the league and you will participate in the tide battles as a partnership with the league. There are many requirements that the league imposes that you will have to fulfill. It is not an easy job.
As of right now, my team is 50k strong with many powerful sub-leaders. We have also built a base for our operation and also have a lot of cash on hold for operation uses. Tomorrow, I am going to talk with the league as they will first test us in the tide battle and if we did a good job, I can officially register my team."
The host asked multiple questions about the mercenary team and Axel replied to all of them with ease. Finally, the podcast was over."

"Damn it!!! I cannot ignore them now!!", shouted a red-haired man.
"Sir, I don't think that it is wise to mess with Axel right now. Axel is the successor of Oak and we have been messing with him and his team for quite some time. Frankly, he had done nothing wrong and also fulfilled all the requirements. If we are to disturb or stop them again, then it might not turn now well for us.", said another man.
"You may be right but I can do something within the rules. Tell me if there are any tide battles that are going to happen. I will personally select the tide battle for them."
"Sir, if we give them a tide battle that they cannot handle, then this will reflect badly on the league and many people will die."
"SHUT UP!! I don't care about any of those people. Just send me the mail of that document."
The other man kept quiet and then left the room.

Axel normally used to get a lot of requests for the interview but since he had no interest in these types of things, he never accepted them. But this time was different. The main reason for this interview was to tell the world that he and his team and made all the preparations for the mercenary team and the league was going to give them a tide battle as a test.
Now, if the league ignores this, then the public will start to ask some questions about it and the league cannot answer it. So, the league will have to give them importance now. This was the plan of Krishna and it had worked perfectly well.
###
There were only Axel, Hector, and Krishna and all of them were now in the waiting room. They were waiting for Gerad and other people from the league and it had been 30 minutes since they came here. Hector was already getting frustrated with the waiting time but Axel was calm. If he had to wait for a couple of hours, then he would wait. He had invested a lot of time and resources in this mercenary team and he would not let it get to waste.
Finally, a girl came wearing a secretary outfit and told them to follow her to the meeting room.
Creakkk....
"Axel, it is so nice to meet you.", said Gerad as he shook his hand with Axel. Axel also replied with a smile.
All of them got seated and Gerad started the conversation.
"I heard that you got Kidnapped. Are you okay? Did you find out anything about the kidnapper?", asked Gerad.
"I am okay now and no, I have still not found out anything about them. But thanks for asking.
Gerad, we have been here for more than a couple of times and I think we have fulfilled all the requirements to go further in the process of registering our team."
"Yes, you are right. You have made a base for yourself and also have a good amount of money for operation activities. Your members are good and passable and now you have to show your might in a tide battle.
I have already given your team multiple chances for the tide battle but since you were not there as you were kidnapped, they didn't think to go ahead with this and I respect that. But the lives of people will also depend on you in the future. So, please keep that in mind."
Axel just nodded his head but he knew that all of this was bullshit. The league never cared for them and now he was getting this feeling that the league also didn't care about the people.
As for your tide battle test, we have 2 choices and you can choose any one of them. These are the details. Please check it.", said Gerad as he handed all the information about the future tide battles and the information about the cities.
Axel took the information sheet and gave a brief read and then he passed it to Hector. Hector also gave a read. His face changed every second. From calm to furious.
"Mr. Gerad, the information on this tide battle is simply outrageous. We have not even officially registered and you want us to tackle such high-tide battles?"
"This is the punishment for ignoring our calls 2 times in a row. I am sorry Mr. Hector, but I have to be impartial here and also strict. Plus if you guys pull this off then you will be able to officially register.
Also, compared to soldiers in the league, the battles for the mercenary team are naturally harder."
"But..."
At that time Axel cut off Hector and said to Gerad, "We are ready to take one of these tide battles for our test. But I must say, the death of only 10% is very low even for us. I don't think there is such a requirement in the history of the league. I think that it is very unfair.
Also, you said that the 10% includes all the people on the side. We will only be handling one of the sides as you know we are only 50k in numbers. I don't think that it makes any sense."
"Hmm, you are right about it. So, I have a big heart, so I will make some concessions on it. The death rate will only be for the side that you choose. That is all I can do for you.", said Gerad.
"I agree to it. Then let's sign it.", said Axel.
Gerad was surprised that Axel agreed too easily. The conditions for the tide battle that Gerad had put were very harsh. It was almost next to impossible and yet Axel had agreed. Gerad was suspicious about it but he thought that Axel was just that desperate as Axel had invested a lot in this.
After the meeting was over, all of them went to the hotel and got fresh. Axel immediately called for a meeting after the lunch. Hector was responsible for circulating the document that they had received from the league.
###
There were 13 people in the meeting. Hector, Sam, Troy, Dory, Dorton, Mary, Kane, Alon, Jin, Mia, Krishna and Axel. All of them were a part of the mercenary team. All of them were powerful and influential and all of them could be trusted.
"I think all of you have seen the documents provided by the league. What do you guys think of it?", asked Axel.
"Sir, the league is targeting us. The tide battles are too hard for any new mercenary team.", said Dory.
"I know but we are not a normal team.", said Axel.
"You are right, sir but they don't know that."
"So, what are the chances of us winning this tide battle."
"Sir, there is no chance that we will lose the battle. But I am afraid about the casualty that we will face."
"That is the risk that we have to take. I also know about it. I want us to make a strong plan so that none of our soldiers will die. We still have a month to prepare and with the new teams, I think we can do it."
Axel really believed that he could win this fight without any deaths from the mercenary team. The mercenary team was a profitable business but the loss of life in this area was also high.
Yet, he believed that with proper planning he could save all of them. There were chances of someone losing their Pokemons in the tide battle but getting oneself killed was something that he could prevent.
"Sir, do you have anything specific planned for this tide battle?"
"Nothing much. We have prepared as much as we can and now we cannot prepare more than this. The foundation has already been set. Just tell the team members to train on what they have been training for. Nothing new. We just need to perfect our craft."
Hector then went on to discuss the various teams and what they lacked. Axel gave some review on all of it and now was the time to talk about the 2 places and which place were they going to defend.
Actually, it was very rare for the league to give 2 or more than 2 options for the test. It may be due to the increase in a number of tide battles or since the test was too hard, Gerad had to give him those options. Axel didn't care about it right now.
