Chương 379: We Have to Leave

Xu Yue Ru put a hand on her chest and took a deep breath to calm down. She looked at the person in front of her again with a slight frown on her face. "Mother, you scare me."

She had left the banquet in the hope to look for the person that she liked. Xu Yue Ru did not expect that her mother would also come out to look after her. 

Thinking about what she had planned to do, Xu Yue Ru started to blush. She was about to ask her mother to help her when she noticed that there was something wrong with her mother's expression.

"Mother, what's wrong?"

Yan Ying gave her daughter a look over before she looked around the place. 

Their surrounding was quiet. Other than the sound of the night insect and the joyful cheer coming from the direction of the banquet, there was nothing else that they could hear.
