But now he sees 'her as feminine and as something that gave or withheld great favours, and if she did wild or wicked things it was because she could not help them.' ( cf. Its a Legend often used in philosophy. Sisyphus gets the assignment to carry a rock up a hill just to have it roll down the hill, which he has to do until his last breath. What was meant as punishment now gives him meaning and he flourishes in his daily activity, which could be seen as senseless.
