Chương 159: A fresh start

His hand instinctively rose to caress the face he yearned for so long.

SLAP! 

The bald man had slapped his hand before it even crossed over to the other side, bringing him back to the reality that they were not alone. 

"Sorry, I almost forgot." The words came out unexpectedly. 

It was not even five minutes ago that he was reminded not to try to reach out his hands. It was not even the first time he was warned to keep his hands to himself. Yet, the moment his eyes laid on her, he had forgotten about all the warnings.

A moment of selfish pleasure almost causes a big disaster and he might have been the very one that killed his wife! 

Her glossy hazel eyes started to water her cheeks - oh how he resisted the temptation to pinch them so badly! He longed to hear her sweet voice but instead of hearing her talk, he heard her hiccups and sobs. 

"What's wrong?"
