Their meeting ended when Dr. Logan announced it to be adjourned, seeing Dr. Jaia stuttering as she spoke incomplete statements. Obviously, she was startled by what she had said, and even though it was just a sentence, it was a very big mistake.

When all the laboratory heads started stepping out of the room, Dr. Jaia called, "Dr. Lucian, let's talk."
