Lia lightly pushed Aesop's shoulder to make him stop, "Ae! Why did you suddenly..."

Aesop furrowed his eyebrows. He didn't know why he kissed her, but he knew within himself that he felt disappointed seeing Lia enjoying herself and speak to a guy friend over the phone.

"Uhm… Ae?" Lia worriedly stared at him. She held his right cheeks with her warm hand and said, "Are you okay?"

He held Lia's hand from his cheek and kissed its back. "Sorry. I was just… jealous."

"Jealous? Jealous of what?"

"Jealous of the guy on the phone…" Aesop uttered, then turned away from her. 

"Ae, he's just a friend."

"But... I was your friend before I became your lover, so..."

"Geez, Ae!" Lia pouted, and reached out to him to pinch his cheeks, "Stop thinking about it and just trust me!"

"Owww…" the vulture mutant mumbled. As payback, he also reached out to her and pinched her cheeks!

"Owwww!"
